As a fellow nurse I appreciate your portraying our profession as more than bubble headed,money grubbing sluts,because that is how we are seen way too often. I agree about the Dr.'s,too. Some are wonderful,some are horrible,and most fall somewhere in between. I am looking forward to reading more of your story.

I am really enjoying your story!! The only thing I hate is that now that I have caught up now I have to wait for updates to see what happens next! arrrrggghhh, I hate that. I have 40-11 incomplete stories right now, you think I'd learn not to start a new one, but I do cause this one sounded pretty good and it is! Just keep the updates coming and it will be alright! ;) (I personally have only experienced one doctor, my anesthesiologist with my first child has the nerve when my nurses told him to turn down the dosage alittle cause I couldn't feel to push said and I quote, "She just needs to put a little more butt muscle into it and not be lazy'. Needless to say it took me 3 1/2 hrs to get him out because of HIM! How many babies has he had to push out of his body, huh?) I know it takes a long time to become a doctor but it doesnt make them king of the hospital and all. I'd love to become a nurse, but days like Bella had would absolutely drive me insane and I'm a very non confrontational person! But I probably would do the same as Bella and let him know he is wrong. Education doesn't always makes us smart. Am I right? Maybe?

Bella needs to realize Edward is not Alec. Alec changed after he became a doctor. Edward is already a doctor and is nothing like Alec. He's kind, funny, smart, a really good kisser, etc... Bella likes him and he likes her. Going on outings (dates) can be fun. The comedy club was a really good idea. Sitting close and laughing at jokes. Talking about the idiots up front that get picked on. My girlfriend and I went on a cruise and during the comedy show on board ship, the comedian picked on me. Made breast jokes, which made me blush horribly. I was 25 at the time. My girlfriend and a couple from our dinner table all laughed themselves into tears. I wanted to hide under the table. I can laugh now, but not then. So Bella was smart to sit at the back in the dark where she wouldn't be singled out and made a joke for everyone to laugh at. Kissing Edward would be quite fun. I'm surprised she stopped so early. Edward did say they would do what felt right and not when it didn't feel right. She could have kissed him a lot longer, but her resistance was weakening. Another date in their future. Holding hands, kissing, etc... just being together having fun. That's what it is all about. Getting to know the person, that's what dating is for. Bella needs to know Edward and not compare to what happened to her before. Should be quite interesting if he does text her later in the evening and the next time they are working together. Especially when Dr Hale and Emmett play into the picture. They were betting on how things were going between them. Rosalie sending Emmett out on his ear. Serious connecting between them. I have a feeling the connection is due between them. Behind all that anger is a much deeper feeling towards the other.

Well that was one hell of a first "outing/date" The comedy club was a spectacular idea and Oh lord, the first kiss...yowsa. Fabulous my dear! I can't wait to see if they do more kissing in the future...lol...I have a funny feeling Edward will be changing alot of Bella's notions...
