As much as I love stories I hate endings like this. I know you could've done so much better. I'm not sure if I'm even willing to try another story like this one for awhile but thanks for writing this story and such ~Bella~

I'm LOVING this story. It reminds me of one I read by Lavyrle Spencer called The Endearment. I'm really enjoying reading about two of my favorite characters in such a different setting than I usually see in FF. Great job!

I'm so sorry that I just now found this story! I have read it in 3 days (I work MORE than full time). My home has seldom seen such "bawling". Truly I have loved every chapter and I will always remember it as one of my absolute favorites. Thank you so much. I will be reading all you have to offer. I think there are too few historical fanfics available. This is now my favorite.

This story is just so good, you've done a great job. I do hope that somehow Angela gets to visit. I thought of her when Beb turned up as the sheriff---can't wait to get back to reading but will be sad when its finished. I allways do that whenever i find a great story.

sounds good. I have to get the picture in my mind of the time the story takes place. This is so different from most stories I've read. A time when women were desperate, job options were scarce and some men feeling women were only good for their needs

Ilove you named the "old biddie's" that would be the chickens, Lauren,Jessica and Tanya.
Good story. Poor children then who lost their parents. Girls wound up loosing their madenhood to stay alive. Can NOT fault them for that.

Really enjoyable! Though the end was rather bittersweet. I kept wondering throughout the story if the fic was based on the Lavryle Spencer book The Endearment. There are a lot of similarities.
Author's Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed it. The Endearment did lend some inspiration to the initial storyline, but it's been like 20 years since I read it, so the details have long since faded. Thanks for reviewing.

Thank you for writing such a lovely story. I really enjoyed Bella and Edward's western romance. The animals were cute, and I really enjoyed the chapter from their point of view. The epilogue wrapped everything up nicely. I'm glad everything turned out so well for everyone.

I am sorry that I did nto post after ewach chapter I usually do but I had such a hard tiem not moving on to the next chapter right away. I loved this and I normally do not care for stories set in the olden days. You did well I love the story and I am glad I read it! I started ANF today, and I'm loving it so far. I almost spewed my Mt. Dew across my monitor as I was reading the names of Edward's livestock. Awesomely hilarious! I can't wait to see how the rest of the story goes :)
