I'm liking this fic.  Poor Edward just seems to be paying dearly for one bad choice....albeit, a really, really big choice.  I'm curious to see how everything unfolds.  Please update soon.

So much sadness.  She's so broken and he marries her out of obligation, not wanting to hurt her more, hoping that she will find his way back to him.  You gotta love Edward - he's a good man.  He was faced with such a terrible decision - walk away or stay, knowing deep in his heart that she would never come back.   Tragic all the way around.

I kind of feel bad for Tanya (and of course Edward too).  Excellent chapter.

I know I'm killing time. I know he's sitting on the couch downstairs. I know he has a glass of wine in his hand and I know that he's probably close to finishing the bottle.

She can't even face him anymore... Killing time indeed. Why does *she* stay with him? There doesn't appear to be any more love on her side either, though of course you can argue that we can't really know until we perhaps see a side of her during a conversation? But then again, they don't have those any more.

It looks soft and I almost get back into bed and run my fingers through it.  I know he'd be willing, I know as soon as I want it he'll give it to me.

Maybe not any more... Hehe.

I make a mental note that I want to check into getting new window treatments for the living room. They could definitely use it.  I try to remember when the last time I bought something new for the house. I can't remember and it makes me sad.

Why bother at all? You don't bother with Edward either. And why only take care of the house? The person next to you each night is the one you're supposed to take care of.

Why is she not working for Edward's firm? Or is she her own CEO?

The shock of Bella being here wore off a few minutes after she walked out the door. I spent the rest of my workday making sure there was no evidence left behind for Tanya to find.

Part of me wants to say that Tanya doesn't come to the office, so she won't notice anything over there, but there's also his shirt and collar and stuff to worry about, so...

Every Tuesday, huh?

Have you read Fifty's version of vanilla yet? Master of the Universe? By Snowqueens Icedragon? It had better not be that kind of vanilla. :P

It's a slow burn at the beginning, but once they get going there'll be no stopping them.

I wish I would've known back then. I wish I would've known what would come of that night for my marriage. Maybe I could have changed everything, maybe I could have made things work.

But I was caught in the moment, and everything hit me at once. And I just couldn't anymore...couldn't pretend to be happy in a situation that no one could be happy in...

From the sound of the summary, you'd think the affair and everything would go perfect, without Tanya finding out, but this sounds a bit foreboding? Not so good after all?

I read the story already, and Edward was thinking of how stuff would be split up in case of a divorce. Would that mean that Tanya's going to get nasty?

Edward, just either talk to her about what she sees in her future, or just put the divorce papers on the table.

Wow, Edward is in one hell of a miserable existence

interesting perspective from tanya. It seems she does care for him in some ways but she's just married to her career! I don't get the impression that there is hatred or resentment there from her though I could be wrong!
Looking forward to b&e's relationship to start again on the right foot!
