"Good afternoon, Mr. Cullen," a beautiful brunette with ice blue eyes simpered, as she stood from her seat behind a large desk. "I was told you wouldn't be in the office for a few weeks."

Bella quirked an eyebrow at the girl's blatant flirtatiousness. She looked over at Edward and noticed that his posture immediately straightened and his voice took on a cooler tone.

"Gianna," he nodded to the woman. "I'm only stopping by to grab a few things and to show my family around a little bit."
Bella's eyes cut to his face, surprised to have herself included in that statement. He smiled gently at her before leading her and Jack towards the large corner office.

"Family?" Gianna asked, confused. She didn't spare Bella a second glance, but her jaw dropped as soon as she got a good look at Jack. "Oh my God," she whispered and sat down quickly. As soon as Edward's door closed behind them, she picked up her phone and dialed.

"Jane? You are not going to believe who just walked in here!"

oooh! wonderful! they are getting so close! I would havel liked to see Edward make assumptions for a little longer... like until he saw Jasper kissing Alice or something like that LOL... then go Jasper for not treating Bella right... LOL

Keep up the wonderful work! I cant wait for more!

Who can't love a sweet jealousward?

Jazz has some good points, though I don't think Edward and his family are the ones they need to be worried about, rather I imagine it will be Victoria, James and her family who will stir up problems as soon as they find out Jake is back.

Going to cast my vote for your wonderful story.

ANother great chapter. It will be interesting to see what happens with Bella and Edward. I mean, we all assume they are going to get together, but is there going to be some drama with the whole custody thing first?

Oh author honey am absolutly thrilled to get an update a day early...I literally jumped up and did a happy dance. My kiddos think I'm insane but I do love me a good story.

I am thrilled that Bella could make Edward's birthday a happy one for change. To bad Edward thought that Jazz was her boyfriend. Luckily that little showdown went down more peaceably than I thought it would. I am so excited for movie night...

Loving this story so much.  And Jack just seems like the cutest thing ever.  I'm hoping, of course, that there is an HEA going to happen.  Great writing.

Author's Response:

{Oh, sweetie, HEA all the way! There may be some drama here and there, but I totally picture this as a love story between the three of them.}

Is Edward really interested in Bella or is he just lonely?

Author's Response:

{That is a very good question; one that Bella herself will ponder upon at some point. Buit, since we're omniscient, the answer is yes. He really does like her.}

Edward was jealous, Edward was jealous!!  and I love it!

Can't wait for things to start moving along with the two, err, I mean three of them.  They are such a lovely family and nothing will ease Edward's pain more than finally having his son back AND the love of Bella.  I'm sure things won't go quite this smoothly for them, but I can dream, right!
