woo hoo! a breast and ass grab. and whacking off! I wonder - will Edward ever be able to say 'tit'..or 'ass'? We need to work on that..ha! You gotta love Emmett talking about Edward's moldy ass cherry. I love that guy! And Bella has her home, her safety..that is outstanding.
Edward: 'maybe I just over-think things...' Umm, yes, you do, Mr. tight ass. This made me laugh.
I love the 'everything happens for a reason' theme you carried through this chapter. Timing is everything, isn't it? And Carlisle is right..especially about Bella. She might be fucked up right now with her drug addiction, but she is stronger in a lot of ways, will never be a doormat and will still be a kick ass Bella drug free, which is what attracted me to this story in the first place.
So I'm seeing some sex - finally!! - next chapter, right? And the girlfriends will be taken care of. I really, really hope they are more understanding than I think they will be.

Wow, you covered a lot of terrority in this chapter; details of her rehab, Bella's family, money, her feelings of inadequacy, old memories, her friends, the future. I especially loved them going back to their beginning and that they are able to do what would have been impossible a few months before. Edward's speech was awesome..'Edward is a tight ass' was my absolute favorite. I'm happy they are finally on the same page.
So now it is forward instead of backward...that will be a nice change for these two. And a home for Bella - that is the most wonderful thing, I think. She needs a safe place.

Sooo, I just reread the Twilight books and I was jonesing for some Cullen family fun and I fell across your story. I have stayed up late to read your chapters. You have really have given me the fix I was looking for. I can't believe how well thought out your plot is. You really try to stay true to the characters, including speaking in the voice of the character, which is really amazing. One of the things that I really disliked about the Twillight series, is the lack of "voice" Bella had. You have given her that voice and it makes for very compelling reading.
Please write faster. Pleas write faster. Please write faster. I am DYING to see how this all turns out.

I'm not sure what we'll see of rehab yet...I have a few scenes planned out but yeah plans change. There will be some but I don't want to just keep rehashing what I've said before. We'll see how it goes.

I think our Edward and Bella are finally growing up and I like it. There comes a time in your life that you have to accept the responsiblity of your actions and just get on with your life. A little while later, I heard her heartbeat changing. Bella was waking up. I hoped if I remained quiet, she would fall back to sleep; after all, it was only five a.m., and she could sleep for another two or three hours.
“You’re back,” she said, as she snuggled farther into my embrace.
“I’m here. Go back to sleep, love,” I cooed softly in her ear.
“No, I’m up. How was the hunt?”
“Then, I guess a good morning is in order. My hunt went well. I’ll be fine now.”
“Morning. Why haven’t you kissed me yet? I can’t roll all the way over to you with this thing is my arm,” she asked, clearly disgruntled with her IV.
“Let me correct that,” I replied.
I leaned down and captured her soft lips with my own…it was perfection.
Too soon, I pulled away because I could hear Carlisle wanting to come in and see how Bella was doing. I told her about his impending visit. She welcomed this, as it meant the IV would come out.”

hi!!! sorry it's taken me so long to get here. medical crap, but all is well now. I think I need a family like the Cullens to take care of me for a while!!
So she's going. It was easier than I thought it would be, but I think those health issues really scared the shit out of her. The speeches were all good, but it seems to me Esme is the one who got to her. That woman is so full of goodness and just has that way about her....I don't think even a fucked up, detoxing, angry Bella could resist the love and kindness that pours out of Esme's heart.
I'll catch up on the next chapter this week! Great job on this one.

Between starting and finishing this chapter, I went and had a baby, so I think I read and reread the same sections several times. I feel like I've been under water for the past 8 weeks. I can't think of a thing to critique, I love your writing. There is one place where you talk about Bella being physiologically messed up, that her emotions were all over the place, and maybe that is exactly what you meant. However, physiologically is body systems and emotions are psychologically, if that makes any sense?? I barely got through the chapter this time, so I can't go back and find it. Looking forward to catching up with the other chapters that are posted.
Oh, btw, she's a healthy beauty, my new girlie girl. Her name is Giustina, (italian GI- is a J sound) but I call her Little Toot.
