I really, really enjoy this story. It's real and perfect in its imperfections. I feel like anyone could make these mistakes, especially when a child is involved. It's hard not to be rash when concerned about keeping a child. So, so GOOD!!!

You are absolutely correct - she cannot forgive him easily. The fucked up situation - he held all the power, all the cards and did not look after her needs. he obviously had the resources to take care of her. To ensure that she did not suffer greatly. he was selfish. he turned his back, shut his eyes and closed the door. It actually disgusts me. But what really makes my skin crawl is his arrogance in sweeping back into her life and assuming a happily ever after with only a few "i am so sorry" and "i love you so much" to balance out the eight months of unnecesary torture he inflicted on them. He had the power to change it and did nothing. No wonder Carlie is pissed. On top of everything he was a spineless worm by paying Jessica off. I do not think there is a dominant bone in his body when you look at the sniviling cowardly actions he has taken. He would have had more respect if he forked over the million dollars to a hitman and ended the bitches life. Or better yet pulled his balls out of storage and killed her himself - save the money for a rainy day. Instead he let her push him around, tore Bella apart, and crushed Carlie. Yeah easy forgiveness - not an option. Bella did leave on her own accord but her actions only demonstrate her strength of character and her utter devotion to the man and child that she loved. She sacrificed her happiness and future for their security. He basically whipped out his dick and pissed on her sacrifce. If I were his dom he would not be able to sit down for months - maybe years.

Hmmmmm....... I think they both fucked up and that Bella's issues go back farther than their break-up. I mean you can't just walk away from your mother treating you like complete shit and your ex-husband having cheated on you without some kind issue whether it be big or small. I think her and Edward's break-up was just the icing on the cake. I don't like how Emmett is putting everything on Edward because he's just making things worse. Not to mention he himself is far from perfect. Bella is an adult and she chose to go back to Seattle and didn't really put up much of a fight to keep them together.  Granted neither of them knew how far the skank was willing to go so I can understand them freaking out because before Bella, Carlie was Edward's whole world and the fear of losing her scared him shitless as it would for most parents.  I hope that they are able to work through everything and have a stronger relationship in the end. I liked that Edward suggested that they go to counseling because goodness knows they all need it after what they've been through.  I'm a little disappointed that jessica was paid off again because that bitch doesn't deserve shit for all the problems she has caused. Because you know she doesn't feel one ounce of remorse for what she's done.  Ok I've rambled enough for now. :)

Anoter great chapter.. Im on the edge of my seat for what happens next.. Hopefully soon as I do look forward to the email that says it's been updated. Even if Im not near a computer I will pull it up on my Blackberry and read it... Yes I know addicting story.... Great job.

I'm glad Bella and Edward are in the same city again, even if the circumstances are bad, and you didn't draw ot the separation too long. Still think it's not okay how everyone puts all the blame on Edward, Bella all too readily packed up and left, she enjoyed his dominant sex, too. It should have been clear to her that he would never get back together with Jessica. By their rash decision everyone got hurt. Edward is a person who needs to control, probably because he had to take control of a lot after Jessica left him with the baby. From Bella's relationship with Jacob comes her need to be independent, that's why she doesn't want to participate in Edward's wealth. They both have to change their ways, not just Edward.

I'm not gonna pitch a fit.  It couldn't be all sunshine and unicorns.  Personally, I think you're doing a great job.

Edward's still taking control of things, and I'm sort of looking forward to when Bella pulls him up short :)
