Okayyyyy....so I'm totally loving on this fic! Darn you Rob, doing a cute, well intended thing like stealing Gemma's phone and programming your number into it and taking her number. If only you'd mentioned you'd done so, OR rung her straight away, Gemma would never have spent the better part of the day thinking you're a woman whoring douche who was only out for a quickie fling.

Bless them for their phone reunion though. He was so adorable, admitting in that phone message that he wanted more than just a fling from her, even if it wasn't what she wanted and that he'd respect whatever she decided. For someone like Rob, that'd have to be an incredibly hard thing to do.

And Gem....how on EARTH did you manage to resist inviting that boy over when he clearly wanted to!?! Even if you'd both been buggered, you'd surely have been able to snuggle and get a good night's sleep.

You're so right about Rob - he was trying to do the right thing by getting Gemma's number, but lacked a few vital pieces of communication in there somewhere. Love your phrase - "woman whoring douche"! Hehehee. That's hilarious!

And yeah, their phone conversation was lovely. At this stage, Rob is much braver than Gemma and is more willing to put himself out there. That may change though! Go Gemma!

She is pretty good at resisting temptation though, huh? Do you really think they would have just snuggled and had a good night's sleep though? She admitted to herself that she wanted him there and they were clearly both pretty worked up. Snuggling and sleeping? Naaaah! She knew what would have happened if he came over, and primarily, that's what made her say no to his invite. She's still a bit of a scaredy-cat, bless her!

They are just too friggin' adorable! I love how you write them both, very realistic, considering. And hey, anticipation is a great thing! I would have just invited his sleepy butt over but I get where she’s coming from-hold off on the booty calls so early in their ship, whether it’s friendship, friendship with benefits or full blown relationship. Can’t wait to see more, makes me wish I hadn’t written that bit about anticipation. I’m a huge procrastinator, that’s my alibi and I’m sticking to it!

It seems a few people have been confused about Gemma's indecision. The only way I can answer it, really, is to say that she's only human! She has her flaws, like we all do. She really likes Rob, but isn't quite sure how to deal with that just yet. She doesn't want to get her heart broken again.

In this case, she contacted Daniel right after she'd been googling Robert Pattinson. He didn't seem "real" to her and she freaked out a bit and contacted Daniel - the nice, safe option who doesn't freak her out.

Gemma and Rob discuss the Daniel situation in more depth in the next chapter, and we might even discover that Rob isn't perfect either! I know, what?!

I hope that's helped to understand her a bit better! Thanks for another great review, and I hope you like the next chapter too!

Awww I was really feeling for her there! She was so confuzzled! He really shoulda said... "Hey, got your number outta your phone, will call you later." Boys can be so daft.... She really did read too much into it though. Even if he didn't have her number he could have gotten it easily enough!

So good to see them opening up about their feelings to each other and I am anxious for the gig! Have a feeling that they won't be able to keep their hands off each other.

So. How will Rob react when he finds out that she is still seeing Daniel?? She needs to get her feelings in order or there is going to be more hurt going on...

Gemma really was confuzzled, wasn't she? It was basically a big old mess up in communication. You're right - she did read too much into it, but then again, she's Gemma. She over-analyzes everything! It's frustrating at times, but I tried to make her as real as possible - with silly flaws like the rest of us! She's cynical about boys in general, especially ones she really likes. She's had her heart-broken and is now perhaps overly cautious that it won't happen again.

Marcus' gig is coming up next... And I think you may be right about them not being able to keep their hands off each other. ;)

And you'll get to see exactly how Rob reacts when he finds out she's still seeing Daniel in the next chapter too. I won't spoil it for you, but let's just say... Rob's not perfect either. Hmm!

That was a very sweet and adorable chapter...not to mention HOT! Rob is right, Gemma is adorable, but then again so is he.  He is also right, that she is a genuinely "good" person.  I loved her not wanting to wear the same shirt with Rob that she wore on her date with Daniel.  It isn't a big thing, but it does bring to light her sense of decency and goodness.  Even the fact that she felt a little bit guilty after reading his text message was a good thing.  I really love the way you are writing this story.  Your chapters are wonderfully long and in-depth.  I really like the detailed attention you bestow on elucidating Gemma's thoughts and emotions.  You make me feel as if I "know" her.  The line about "Too much Robsten" had me LMAO! So very funny! I loved that she asked him about Kristen and kudos to him for being honest with her...or was he? Can't wait to find out!  Robert really seems to care about her and is thinking along the terms of more than just one night, while Gemma on the other hand; still can't seem to fathom the fact that he would want her for a lot more than that.  Her self esteem is so terribly low....he will really need to proceed with care and make his intentions very clear to her.  I loved how he put her well being above his needs, when he stopped her on the couch.  So very sweet!  I almost forget to mention my favorite part of the chapter! You will never guess....but it was the HUGS! That was incredibly sweet and adorable! I know that things won't always remain this sweet, as I'm sure that the press, Aaron, Daniel, and even Kristen drama is on the horizon, but I really hope that they never lose their cuteness and Gemma always remain so very cute and adorable.

Marcus not lasting very long.....Hilarious! Sarah and Bobby were missed but Rob and Gemma more than made up for their absence.  Excellent job :)

Gemma tends to overthink everything - so yes, her decision not to wear the same shirt with Rob that she wore with Daniel was definitely one of those moments. You're right - she is a good person, and it's great that Rob appreciates that about her. :)
