Oh Bee!

Ahhhhhh! Finally, and beautifully written! A wonderfully tender and lovin' couplin'.

After an angst filled three days, to finally talk, really talk, and listen to one another. Openin' up with their whole hearts and declarin' their love for each other. Then to not rush and throw themselves into it, but to take it slowly and gently, and truely make love, glorious!

It was so nice to see the love and carin' that they showed. To speak the words of  love they were feelin', through to the completion of an amazin' climax, together. Then to lay quietly murmurin', touchin' and smilin', realizin' that life for them at that moment was absolutely perfect!

I, too, am so glad they waited for the right time, not rushin' into the completion of the act of love.

Darlin', you are a master story teller and of the use of words to paint this beautiful picture for your readers. Gemma deserved nothin' but perfection, and you gave it to her! Oh, and for Rob, too. Even after his horrible debauchle.

Glad to know that this wasn't the end of their night of discovery! So now, we really need you to hurry with MORE PLEASE, so we can know the rest of the story of that awesome night!

You're so perceptive with your reviews, I love it! There really was lots of talking and listening in this chapter... Rob and Gemma have always been honest with each other (aside from Rob's freak-out in the last chapter, of course) but they were even more honest in this chapter. As you said, they really did open up their whole hearts and totally put it all out there. They had to, I think. This was really make or break in their relationship, and luckily, they got through it. :)

Their first time had to be slow and gentle, right!? They'd waited so long, there was just no way they would have rushed through it and not appreciated it. Rob was always about being sure that when they finally made love, they would both be completely sure they were ready. The time was right, finally... everything was right. Phew!

The rest of their night is coming up soon - and the next morning too, of course! Lots of Rob and Gemma fun coming up. :)

To say that I’m speechless would be an understatement.  Shocking doesn’t even cover it…you completely surprised me as I never saw this coming.  I really don’t know where to begin today, so I’m just going to take a deep breath and wait for my heart rate to slow down.  As for you ducking for cover… there really isn’t a need for you to do so, as Robert has always maintained the fact that he is all kinds of fucked up.  Besides, kidnapping and holding you hostage, while demanding that you undo the chaos from this chapter sounds like a much better idea! I’m Kidding! :) All jokes aside, I really loved the chapter.  It had to be the most intense one thus far.  I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.  You had me feeling nervous and actually sweating there for a minute.  To be honest, it was quite fantastic. 

I think that I’m going to start at the beginning.  I loved Robert and Gemma’s brief interlude in the beginning.  It was very hot and sweet.  I LOL when Gemma panicked at the thought of facing the “robots” in the lobby by herself.  It was very adorable and so Gemma-like.  I cheered when he reminded her about ending things with Dimples definitively.  I thought “YES! He’s finally done with pushing her away” Uhm,  boy was I wrong!  The beach picnic with Daniel was a very nice and classy thing for Gemma to have done.  I really felt her anguish at having to hurt him, but I was so very proud that she didn’t decide to do it over the telephone and took the initiative to both minimize his pain and secure a platonic friendship with him.  I laughed at Daniel’s incredulity at the Sarah thing.  I too, believed that he and Sarah could potentially make a good couple…but his reaction to the suggestion has me wondering.  Anyways, who knows right? Well you do, but you know what I mean :) He hasn’t meet Sarah yet, so there’s still a chance that they could meet and fall in love.  I felt so sad for him this chapter.  I have really gotten attached to Daniel and have been worried about his potential heart break over Gemma.  I cringed when he admitted to having spoken to his sister about her, and the Harvey comment….ouch! Daniel and Gemma seems like the perfect textbook couple to just about everybody.  I’m bemoaning the fact that she didn’t share the same passionate intensity with Daniel that she has with Rob.  Daniel is in a lot of ways much better for Gemma than Robert.  He is more mature, not as “fucked up”, gorgeous in his own right, sensitive and very caring.  He really is perfect and its completely unfair that he doesn’t end up with the girl.  Enough of my Daniel rant…the heart wants what it wants and Gemma’s heart obviously prefers Robert, but after reading this chapter, I can’t help but to wonder why…but oh well! I feel sad for Daniel, but Gemma made the right decision and I would have done the same exact thing had I been her.  Rob is a jerk, but as she said, he is her jerk and she loves him.  Here’s a thought though…if things doesn’t work out between Daniel and Sarah, LOL, how about setting him up with the hostess from his restaurant? I can’t remember her name but she seemed very sweet.

Now unto the Robert fuckery.  Sarah was 100% correct.  Gemma did absolutely nothing wrong! So she had Daniel at her apartment….BIG FREAKING DEAL! It’s not as if sparkle boy found them in bed together! He found them in her kitchen making a grill cheese sandwich for God’s sake.  He was ridiculously out of line and I’m so tired of his bullshit!  Gemma has been through enough pain and heartache.  She shouldn’t have to put up with this mess.  He is a 24 year old man behaving like a petulant child throwing a temper tantrum! Yes…I admit….I find his jealousy, very, very hot, but he went way too far this time.  He made her cry and basically called her a slut…that’s unforgivable.  I know that there must be a good explanation for his fucked up behavior, but I don’t really think that it matters anymore! I’ll most likely feel differently once I’ve calmed down and stopped imagining him in the fetal position writhing around in pain but who knows!  I really applaud Gemma for attempting to make contact with him though.  Had I been in her position, I would have let my pride keep me from making the first move.  I would’ve been spiteful and in a lot of ways acted just as childish as Robert is.  Gemma is a much better person though and I’m happy about that.  She is very sweet and I’m just upset that she keeps getting hurt.  Gosh, but Robert is such of an asshole.  I really think that he is happy this happened.  He now has an excuse to walk away from her before she walks away from him.  Not that she ever would mind you, but our dear stupid Robert doesn’t seem to get that.  I have a bad feeling about the girls night they are planning. Or has it already happened? I really hope that Gemma doesn’t see doucheboy with some random skank at the club or something.  She already has self esteem issues and I don’t think she’d be able to get over it anytime soon.

Don’t despair if you get a lot of Robert hate for this chapter.  It’s only because we love Gemma so much and don’t like to see her hurt.  If you think about it, the Rob hate is really a good thing…it just means that your writing is so ridiculously awesome, that you have us all “feeling” it.  You make me feel like wrapping Gemma in bubble wrap and placing her in my pocket for safe keeping.  I would LOVE to see her tell Rob of! He needs to beg indefinitely for what he said to her.  I know that Thomas advised against letting Mr. Jerk push her away, but I don’t know how I feel about that anymore.  I’d like to see him working to fix their relationship instead of Gemma having to do it.  I can’t wait to find out what Robert’s story is!  But whatever it is better be damn good before I’ll consider him good enough for my Gemma!  Enough of the Rob rant, LOL, great chapter as always.  I seriously can’t wait for the next one!

Okay, so I lied about stopping the Rob rant! I can’t seem to be able to help myself.  Gemma has never ever lied to him! She has always been 100% honest with him about everything! Painfully so at times! Where does he get the nerve to behave this way and call her a liar and s a slut! ARGH!  And his stupid assertion of not being able to offer her the things that Daniel can is complete bullshit! What is the big deal with taking her to diner at a restaurant? So what if it gets reported on? Who the hell cares? He is making a huge deal out of nothing at all.  It makes me feel as if, he is ashamed of being seen with her or something.  Nobody has the right to tell him who he can and can’t be seen with, and if that is the case in this situation or one of the many “issues” bothering him, then he needs to man the fuck up and make a stand.  His career shouldn’t be more important than the woman in his life.  What happens if they get in deeper, have a baby and want to get married? Will he really let his fears get in the way of that? Bla, enough of Robert!

I couldn't hide Dan in the closet. That's just ridiculous. I couldn't kick him out.

"What? Why? Do you want to watch Twilight with me and your new boyfriend?"

A thought dawned on me as I slammed my phone shut. He really was fucked up. And maybe it was a good idea to let him push me away. Maybe I didn't need to be involved with someone that fucked up. I wasn't about to let him screw up my life, too. I'd taken a long time to get my life back on track. I wouldn't let him ruin it for me.

He was my Rob, and I was falling in love with him.

Seriously, your reviews are amazing. I know I say it every time, but I'm honestly blown away every time!! You astound me!! Thank you so much!

So eeek, sorry for shocking you speechless! As you pointed out, Rob has told Gemma from the start that he's fucked up and we know he tends to push people away when they get close... So although Rob's reaction came as a huge shock to Gemma, she's really only just beginning to believe him about those things. Maybe you are too! Eeek! You're so lovely and optimistic, I feel like I'm corrupting you! Gah! Last chapter you were saying how much stronger Rob's feelings were than Gemma's - and to a point, you were correct. Because Rob knew exactly how much he adored her. Gemma, however, hadn't quite worked it out yet. It really took a huge jolt like this to make her realize that she was in love with him. Maybe she also needed something like this to happen for her to realize that he's really not the perfect Robert Pattinson that she imagined him to be! He's just a guy with jealousy and commitment issues, just like lots of other guys out there.

I'm glad you liked the chapter, even though it was so angsty! I think even Rob was surprised at his reaction. He certainly hadn't planned to push her away so quickly, but all his insecurities just came bubbling to the surface, as soon as he saw the gorgeous, friendly Daniel cooking in Gemma's kitchen. As he says in the next chapter, he just couldn't understand why Gemma would want to be with him instead of Daniel. And see? That's exactly what you said, too! Daniel really does seem perfect for Gemma, on so many levels. But as you also said... the heart wants what the heart wants. Rob and Gemma just click. They're different, but they just seem to work. Daniel and Gemma, as much as she tried, just never had that connection. There were never goosebumps or tingles between them. ;)

I love that you're so keen for Daniel to hook up with Sarah. Hehee. You're quite the little matchmaker, just like Gemma! Or Emily, the hostess at his restaurant? Haha! That's so great that you even remember her. Love it! But never fear, Kari... I have my plans for Daniel with the dimples. We haven't seen the last of him yet!

So woo, you really didn't like Rob in this chapter, huh!? Hehee, don't worry, you weren't alone. Lots of people wanted to knock him over the head! He really was awful to Gemma. The Rob hate really didn't worry me to be honest - I was actually surprisingly pleased! I was a bit worried, as you know, and thought that RPattz could do no wrong - especially considering that this is, in fact, a Robert Pattinson story. But actually, yes he could do plenty wrong! I'm glad people are liking Gemma and feeling a bit protective of her... How cute that you want to wrap her in bubble wrap and put her in your pocket! Hehee.

In regards to your last paragraph, about wondering what the big deal is if they get photographed out for dinner... I really don't think Rob's hiding Gemma because he's embarrassed of her, or anything awful like that. He honestly is just trying to protect her. He wants to do normal things with her, like take her out for dinner (like he knows Daniel did!) but he can't, really. I guess after a while, that would be really frustrating. And their relationship is only just beginning - they decided not to tell Nick and Stephanie yet, remember - so I don't think either of them are quite ready yet to announce it to the world, via the paparazzi! He's not being nasty about that, he really is just honestly trying to look out for her. She's a school teacher, not a movie star! It would be a pretty big, overwhelming change. So no, you're right - his career shouldn't be more important than the woman in his life - but at the moment, for them, it's just not practical to be announcing their relationship to everybody. Hope that makes sense!

One more thing... Don't be worried about their girls night! Their girls night is lots of fun. You'll like that chapter!

Oh I hate a fight! But from Robs point of view, she was with another guy, one he didnt know she had 'broken up' with. but then he should trust her by now. sigh. I really hope they sort things out next chapter, i can't stand the angst!
