I'm really liking this story and i think i figured out the main big thing. Is edward and emmett really brothers?

Thank goodness you had Edward finally find a punching bag. He needs to be shown how to tape up his hands and use gloves, though, or he'll cause himself damage. Get Bella doing it, too, and Rose and Jasper could use the outlet, also. Mix it up with some kickboxing. I can see Jasper go wild on that bad boy punching bag.

Good letters. Loved Emmett's honest reaction. Seems like he doesn't hear enough how he is appreciated for all that he gives of himself to others.

LOL. Love the wit and sarcasm that you give the characters.  Really great banter.

Edward, Bella, and Charlie conversations were the best. Charlie might end up having respect for Edward after all. Charlie appreciates honesty.

I'm amazed that there hasn't been any asking about what is going on with Liz and Peter. The legal questions are all good and important. They should also be asking to retrieve Edward's things from the Masen house. Both would be more RL.

If only everyone would be so inviting and open to others. Teen years would be so much more "survivable".

finally! i really want to read about bella's mom and phil when they come to vistit. im intrested to hear about how they all act around each other. i have to admit, before you mentioned their visit, i had this image in my mind that Renee and Phil would come to forks and show up to a party that the school was having for their graduation or something. I was imagining Bella and the gang pulling up in Rose or Emmets car and all getting out with their respective couples with a lot of poeple staring at them, including renee and phil. just an idea i think you could use if you tweeked it up a bit for your story. anyways, love the story! keep it up!

I voted for Legacy when the time came :) This was before I read any of the other stories on that list (lol), but now that I have, I still like yours... He might be my favorite Emmett in fanfiction, my own Emmetts excepted. I think that's only fair, though XD

I like how “Everyone keeps on saying that they're really nice and normal compared to Carlisle's family” about Esme's family... But that doesn't really mean that they're nice and normal, does it? Just comparatively speaking. And I know that they actually ARE nice and all, but I think it would have been funny if her parents were all terrible and bitchy, as it would make Edward fear for his life more than when he was ever around Charlie if he ever had to meet Camilla. Yeah. I have a terrible sense of humor, I know, but I think it would have been hilarious to have them be so horrible, simply because they're so much better by comparison, lol.

Speaking of (not exactly) but are Frank and Irene canon names for Esme's parents, or something you just thought of for the story? I always wondered about them...

I liked how Edward said good bye to the Big Brown Journal. Sure, he's using it like a letter, but I still think it's funny. If the journal had thoughts (go with me here before you laugh XD), I think it would know who it's owner was, and therefore he wouldn't need to write his name at the end. He's the only one using it after all, right? So I think the journal would think it was redundant if he signed out after each entry. After all, that's all Big Brown Journal gets to experience, right? Edward writing? So yeah... I don't think he's being very sensitive to the journal's needs :P

LOL! Thank the gods that Edward didn't go around biting into every female to get his answer. Bella would get too jealous, and then they'd never go on their date XD

I liked Esme trying to rise above it all, and look at the pictures from the dance with Edward. Whether it was because she was trying to prove something to herself, to Edward, or if she just wanted to see Edward with his other parents with her own eyes, I was proud of her for keeping it together, and especially for the way she suggested something to make Liz happy. She doesn't owe her anything, but I really just wanted to hug the woman for being to kind, given the circumstances. Edward should hug her for me. :P

Hm. What questions... Why had she chosen to decorate his room the way she did? I don't know, I can't think these things up on the spot, lol.

I feel kind of stupid now, though. XD I'd love to be a pre-reader for you, but I have no idea what Google Docs are, lol. I have a gmail account, so is it part of that? Or have I already failed the test of becoming a pre-reader sinply by admitting that I'm not sure what they are? XD

Damn, I'm so behind in catching up in my fics, that I'm three chapters behind! And you're no longer posting at Twilighted! How sad... I do believe I was your first Twilighted review for Legacy... Maybe back before I had any of my, what, seven or so stories posted there, lol. It's so sad... But alas. At least I have a couple (yes, more than one because I'm weird XD) ffn account, so I don't have to worry about being able to continue to enjoy your beautiful work :)

Ahem. Anyway...

I totally just reread the entire story to catch up, as it's been many months since I was last able to pick up this fic, unfortunately. And it all makes so much more sense, now that I knew how it was all going to turn out... I even managed to put two and two together (becuz I is smart) about when Emmett explained to Edward about how he was rich... and any other male grandchildren would have an inheritance taken from Camilla's own money... There's the motive, not just being a bitch. I don't remember if I already knew this or not, but in case I didn't, I feel the need to brag about my awesome intelligence :P

And the opening of this chapter made me LOL and wake my poor kitty in the middle of his nap... So thank you. Now he's alert and if I can keep him that way, he won't keep me up late tonight XD

But seriously. "Ho, ho, ho, wake the fuck up, Edward!"!!!! LOL! What a great way to start out Christmas morning XD

I liked all the Christmasy traditions they all have... The elaborate plan for Santa at the hospital, the morning baking, the presents, and the visiting relatives. It was all so homey and lovely, and Edward got a car! Please tell me it's a Volvo... I'll love you forever (as if I wouldn't already with the amazingness that is this story :P) if it is, lol.

And Sabrina! So cuuuute! I love kittens. They're absolutely adorable, and Sabrina seems to be no different. I love her almost as much as my own Bruce Wayne, Bling-Bling, Diego, Don Juan, Pretty, and Chola.... Yes, I'm a cat person XD

 

 

I forgot all about the disposable camera. Looking forward to finding out what pictures are on there. A year traveling, that should be fun for both Emmett and Edward. You'd think Edward would be sick of traveling from all his years growing up and would want to stay in one place for a while.

You have to figure it's a different type of traveling though.  He moved with Peter and Liz. Didn't get to see much in most cases.  With Emmett, they are going to travel and see the world.

I'm so glad that Esme didn't throw out Edward's things. To think all of this may have been prevented if she had just told him that instead of yelling at him.

I'm so glad that Edward decided to talk to Bella. I think it will really help him in the long run to get it out. Carlisle is great that's all I can really say about how he's acting with this whole situation.

I feel bad for Peter. I'd probably do the same thing if I was in his position. He was trying to save the woman he loved, make her happy again. I'd be scared of Camilla as well. She sounds like an evil lady. Now I need to go back to the chapter where Emmett is showing Edward around the house and shows the picture of the grandfather. The story Emmett told is sticking in my head, I just can't remember all the words.
