Our boy isn't missing some of his gorgeous hair, is he?  No, I'm not talking about RPattz.  His is growing out quite nicely!  I'm referring to Edward.  Yes, I love his hair too. *sigh*

That really was good.  Very sweet, tender, touching.  I'm not sure I liked Edward being able to read Bella's thoughts though...

I'm a huge fan of some TLC. Plus...I think I'd pretend that I couldn't remember if Edward would send some of that my way =P

I don't know what to say.

I don't know where to begin.

And I really don't know HOW I'm going to still my trembling hands, calm my thundering heart, and cease the flow of my silent tears. Seriously, I'm stunned into a haze I can't seem to come out of.

It's been weeks, my love. WEEKS of suspenseful longing. WEEKS of a nervous tingle every time I would check my email to see if by some miracle you had updated. And WEEKS of imagining just what heavenly need lay ahead. And oh, my dear, you did not disappoint.

"Bella, love. We’re free. Baby, you set me free,' he cried, and grasping me tighter sobbed into my neck." - Never before have my tears run so silently, and with such reverence. To hear our beloved Edward voice such a secret thought, such a secret hope is enough to cause me to gasp in adoration for him.

This moment was EXACTLY as it should have been. Tender, new, romantic, passionate, and most importantly, CONSUMING. B&E consume each other in every way possible. They consume each other's thoughts, each other's needs, and each other's desires. They exist FOR each other, and that realization alone has given them the "freedom" they so desperately craved.

Allow me to say that I see a very beautiful parallel between this chapter and your "FIRE & ICE". In each chapter, animal lust was overpowered by their emotional love and want for each other. Yes, that lust lingered deep within them. And it was majestically surfaced in "WELCOME HOME" & "WARMED BY THE FIRE". But I must thank you for acknowledging the need for this extremely pivotal moment in B&E's lives to remain as delicately written as it was. It was simply beautiful.

I love what you wrote. I always do. And so I need to thank you for this chapter, Alyssa. Truly. I need to thank you. My heart is happy for our beloved B&E. The bliss you have bestowed on them is truly worthy of our praise and appreciation.

Somewhere out there, in the loving embrace of a snowy landscape, and under the seductive trance of a lingering dusk. two lovers have found their paradise, their heaven, their rapture. And they sigh in utter, blissful relief...
