OMK!! Duders,

As upset as I am for Evie, Lily and even Fuggles, my heart goes out to Rob and Tom! I can just feel the helplessness that they are undoubtedly feelin'! There is nothin' worse than seein' the one you love hurt and in pain, feelin' unable to do anything for them. Bless the taxi driver for takin' Fuggles in!

I think that both of them are goin' to blame themselves, even tho it wasn't their fault. Rob is already showin' signs of how this is affectin' him, like he is worthless in a crisis, although he did take charge before the ambulance got there

Rob is goin' to feel doubly guilty because he has to leave Evie. I'm glad that his dad is goin' to arrange for him to stay ay least one more day. But, as sensitive as he is, he'll have a very hard time tryin' to work, to keep himself focused. The elder Pattinsons are simply prescious!

Tom will have it a bit easier, as he'll be there durin' the recouperative time. I think that Ben will help them all. He's such a love!

Evie and Lily are goin' to have a lot to work through, too. Not only the physical trauma, but the psychological trauma as well. How violated they must feel!

Was it just a burgulary gone wrong, or is somethin' more sinister afoot?  Does Rob's celebrity have anythin' to do with this? What will happen when the press gets wind of this...and you know they will?

There are so many questions to answer that only you, sweetie, have the answers to. We need MORE PLEASE to help ease our minds!

Ellen! You floor me every time!  *sigh*

I agree, although Evie and Lily are in a tough place, the boys are suffering right now.  It was a horrific night for all involved.  Good job Rob has his parents on hands to help.  Rob is in self-torture mode.  He can't see that just being there will be enough.  Of course, he is painfully aware that he has to leave soon.  You're right about Tom.  Although he's going to feel guilty, Lily won't allow it for long and at least he can be around to help the girls. Ben will play a key part too a bit later on. 

Evie and Lily have a lot of mess to sort out - both in terms of the house and of course their emotional states.  Your questions re: the burglary - All I can say is that it'll be a while before we find out.  It's not going to be solved quickly, so hang tight.  As for the press...well, we'll have to see whether that's an issue or not. 

I do indeed have all the answers, and I will bring them to you gradually.  Thank you so much for reading!  It's so lovely to hear from you each time!

There's lots of change coming for Evie, and some it will actually work out okay for her.  It's just going to take time to get through the initial ordeal and time for her to settleThank you so much for reading!

WOW!  Duders, you caught the drama of that situation perfectly, the thoughts, feelings and ramblings of everyone involved, amazing and the lovely ambulance service, God bless 'em, so comforting in a crisis.  The taxi driver taking Fuggles to look after, everyone pulling together to look after each other, lovely.  I worry for the girls and how this is going to affect them, I'm sure the police will put them in touch with vicitims support and counselling, I hope they don't turn it down.  How is Rob going to cope being so far away?  At least Tom will be able to be there for Lily and support her.  I can't wait for your update, I love this story and do a little happy dance everytime I see its updated.   Jane x

Ohh!  Janeybo!  Hello! I shall tweet you...Thank you so much.  I've been nervous about this part of the story. There isn't this amount of angst throughout, but for obvious reasons it's going to be a bit bumpy for a little while.  It means so much to know that people are sticking with the characters and rooting for them.  Of course this is going to affect the girls, yes.  And don't worry, due to the nature of their work, there will be a lot of support in the early days for them.  Evie is a little resistant to begin with, but that's just Evie.  She'll come around.  And yes, it's going to be a real test for Rob and Evie having to be apart so soon after something like this.  But then, Tom will battle his own demons about his guilt so neither have it easy.  I'm so thrilled you do a happy dance over my updates!  Really, it makes me smile soooooo wide! 

And yeah!  Plan B - love 'em!  xx

Beautifully written.  You handled the delicate subject matter perfectly.  Poor Lilly and Evie.  And Tom.  Bless his heart.  Rob---I think you captured his emotions perfectly.  LOVE Rob's mom and dad. 

Adversity makes us stronger and certainly has the ability to make relationships stronger.

Ouch!  Evie is?  Hmmn...Interesting perspective.  For me, she had a meltdown moment and left in order to preserve her dignity.  Rob pushed her when he rang, and he was fairly unrelenting.  I think both had made mistakes at this point.  And yes, the sex can only get a relationship so far, I agree.  I don't think that's all that was there between them though.  Hopefully you'll stick around to see where it takes them.  I know Evie isn't the most loved Rob fic character around - she can be a little odd and scatty.  That's what I like about her though...
