sooo good...love seeing the conflict. i have to admit in the beginning i was thrill with the idea of the story, but now that they have been together im alittle freaked out at the thought of either of them with anyone else...im such a sap i know, but E was just soooo desperate to feel something at the start of the story...noe that he is feeling im conflicted. excellent chapter my dear:)

Thinking back to the last chapter and the R/B convo about the consorts being with others and the whole part of the education answer that Rose gives brings a whole new light to the experience. Having been together how will either (Edward or Bella) be able to be with another?
Author's Response: A lot of readers were angry with that chapter, the one where Rosalie explained her experience falling for Emmett. I actually lost a lot of readers because they felt I was stalling the lemon and lost the edge to the story. But I had to put it in there because I felt that Bella had to know the info going into the night with her first Consort. Yes, we all love Edward, but Bella is not going to fall for him right away, especially with her wall around her, guarding her emotions. You know?
Anyways, I'm glad you see the point to that chapter. I don't do things just to do them. There is a reason ;)

The story of my life .... always catching up. Each time I read a chapter of TBC I remember how much I love this story.
Rosalie really surprised me in this chapter. Not Rosalie per se but rather your Rosalie. I do not know that I have ever read one that is so caring and open. Hell, I want her for my friend. Needless to say I did love the very open, very candid conversation and advice.
I do hope that Bella moves past the insecurities. If Lauren so much as smells Bella's fears she will chew her up and spit her out. Of course the other side of that would be alienation of the consorts as Bella has caught the eye of at least two gentlemen.

Well Edward's fallen fast and hard, not a surprise really from the way he's been acting from the beginning. How's he going to cope when Bella is with other consorts? This could get messy.

I'm hoping Edward stays as open with himself as he seems to be in this chapter. I think if he shuts himself off, which he clearly also wants to do, it will make things horrible for him and Bella and not do what the program is really designed for. Can't wait for more!

I know that Bella wants to keep her finacial status a secret but it seems that they all know anyway. The consorts were talking about it ... Jake said something about golddiggers and Rose and Emmett. Poor Edward having all the glory taken away. Did he not think that actually he may have had the power because all Bella wanted was him. He had already seduced her.
I feel for Edward in a way. He has been a consort for some time and never felt
T this way about anyone. To say that he was physically spent after being with bell a says a lot. How many women has he been with?
Although he is a bit pompous as well saying that he knows how to pleasure a woman, knows what is best for her, knows how to make her explore and be satisfies. A bit up himself I would say, maybe he just hasn't come (lol) across the right woman yet. Bella seems as if she might be the challenge he needs. In fact they will both learn something..
Author's Response: He has been with the program for a while, but he hasn't slept with that many women. I don't think I've explained this before, I perhaps I should with the next EPOV. The Consorts can only offer invites to those Bettie's they are matched with. Edward is matched with Lauren and Bella. Jake is matched with Tanya, Angela, and Bella, ect. So, in each round, the Consorts are matched with two or three Betties. So, on average, he hasn't slept with any more women than an average guy his age.
