Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm glad you are enjoying EE (and For whom...Cyrabear is just a delight!) I'm about 4k into the next chapter but I'm not sure it's ready to end. Even my cliffhangers need some closure.

What a witch Mary Frances was, pretty mean imagination for earning money. So, this is all making more sense, details filling in nicely. I'm interested in learning Will's details too. Poor Bella is going to be torn & tortured in the most delightful ways, I'm thinking;D)
Author's Response: MF is rather nasty...but, unfortunately, not that out of character for her time. I'm not sure how I'll work in Will's past, but I can try at some future date...or maybe as an outtake. Oh, the possibilities! (Of course, in my head, I have back stories on everyone so it's already thought out...just how I write). And yes, Bella's going to be hit with the full force of two gentleman courting her. Just hearing L's story it's so sad. How her aunt exploited her because she was a hybrid vampire. Now that she has found love with Will she's even more adorable. Bella was confused on her way home from the manor. Edward was so sweet. While Lord Masen had romantic letter writing and words, he also could be arrogant. While she realized Edward could be sensitive and caring while at the same could be arrogant and insulting also. Confusion of the heart. Edward's music playing showed his inner passion of life. When Bella and L returned home, Bella had a beautiful nightgown in her wardrobe. Very ornate compared to what she remembered when she left earlier in the day. L brought her up hot tea and a hot water bottle for her cramps. Not fun to have calendar difficulties especially when the men (or the one man) courting you is a vampire. Definitely a conflict of interest and unwanted distraction to risk your life. L spoke with Alice, Will, Emmett, and Edward. Bella is actually a distant neice of hers from her aunt Mary Frances (the name of my godmother) too bad she isn't as kind and loving as my godmother. Exploiting her neice at county fairs as a freak show. Making her feel less than a normal woman. I can truly understand why her son left her and why she isn't buried anywhere for anyone to pay their respects towards her. She didn't deserve the respect from anyone since she didn't respect others. Emmett was excited that Bella was actually related to him. The game for this time period was due to L wanting to meet her neice. Alice's visions of Bella and Edward just cemented that Edward would have to be there. Feelings are deep seated between them now. Bella is confused which man she is more attracted towards. L and Edward take a walk away from the house while the others go hunt. She relays her story and wants to know which gentleman will court her neice. He's not sure. She'll find out that he's both, definitely will feel betrayed, but in the end will realize she has the best of both of them. It's like being with two suitors at the same time. Looking forward to the future chapters as the courting continues between the entities of the same man. Talk about confusing to remember who he is at what contact with Bella. Keeping the entities separated and distinct. Enjoying the romance and love affair of Will and L, it's great that she has finally found love after all these years and found her mate as well.
Author's Response: She's had a rough life, that's for sure. But now she has the Cullens & Will, so she's going to be okay. As for Bella...she's got a lot of courting coming to her. Thanks for the review!

Curiouser and curiouser...I'm guessing that L is a hybrid vampire with a talent for making people believe what she wants them to...and Bella's shield nature is trying to fight off the illusion. Are all the Cullens vampires? Alice did have golden eyes, and she didn't want Bella to get a paper cut...hmmm.

Cool! It's like Enchanted meets Brigadoon! Wonder what kind of crazy witchy hybrid L is. And the only Twilight characters I can think of with that initial are Lauren and Leah...huh.

I just love this story...thanks for explaining that Edward usually isn't involved in the experience. I like that he's torn about it now. Such a nice interchange between the two of them at the piano, and I also love B's mixed language. Can't wait to see where you're headed next!
