I was soooooo excited when I saw this posted! good stuff! Super happy to see some friendship brewing between bella and edward. it was good to see a little a little lime action. not as good as lemons, but better than none!

looking forwad to more!

~Tay

Author's Response:

Hey Tay! So glad you're excited about the story and keen for more! Definite stirrings of a friendship between them. It was a huge step for Edward, to let his guard down with 'an employee,' but Bella's relaxed and casual attitude around him makes him comfortable :)

Thanks for reading and reviewing! Hope you enjoy the chapter 9 teaser, from Edward:

"What the hell are you doing sneaking up on me?" she demanded angrily, a hand clasped to her chest, probably willing her heart rate to slow down.

"I was in my workshop. I had things to do before breakfast."

She was still breathing heavy while her eyes took in my old scruffy work clothes, and I realized that when she had first seen me, she mustn't have recognized me in my work gear.

"What is it with you and Henry? You both seem to enjoy scaring the hell out of me," she accused, turning back to face the counter and pulling out the coffee container from an overhead cabinet. She mumbled something which sounded very similar to, "like father like son."

"Bella, it's not my fault if you are exceptionally unobservant," I quipped. She seemed to have a tendency for getting lost in her own mind and ending up a thousand miles away.

She turned her face and scowled at me.

Bella looked quite cute, trying to act fierce, so I smirked at her.

I was starting to see that she had a feisty side, but one she controlled due to her respect for her job. I wondered what she might have said to me right then if I weren't her boss.

Bella shook her head and, with raised eyebrows, closed her eyes and sighed. Her shoulders relaxed as she extinguished the fire in her eyes. The idea that I'd forced her compliance stirred something unpleasant in me and I almost told her to honestly tell me what she wanted to say. Instead, she roughly opened the coffee container. I watched silently as she measured out the exact proportion of coffee grinds and placed them in the machine. It wasn't until then that it occurred to me that the coffee she'd made for the last three days had been just how I liked it - perfect in fact. Yet I'd never told her how strong I liked my coffee. So how did she...?

"Bella?"

"Hmm?"

"How do you know how much coffee to put in?" I knew for a fact that Rose liked her coffee weak as shit.

"I've seen you do it before." She shrugged. "I guess you could say that my... observation skills are in fact... quite exceptional."

I'm wondering what happened to Edwards daughter and if this is the reason he is so uptight with Bella and if his marriage had been broken because of this.

Really good story.

I think this chapter was sorta funny, especially at the part where she almost told Edward about the Cosmos.Keep up the good work.Your writing is amazing:)

Author's Response:

Hey Emily! So glad you liked that part! She got so relaxed and in the moment, she completely forgot (for a second) that she wasn't meant to know that. Whoops! lol. Thanks for your kind words of encouragement, too :D

This was a wonderful evening for them.  I hope we get to read Edward's POV of this.  I hope he is starting to see her as a woman now...  great update!

Author's Response:

Hey again! So pleased you enjoyed it! For Edward, this was a huge step for him - relaxing and letting his guard down with an employee. He's definitely starting to see her differently though :)

Great pictures, I can really see the two of them sitting there getting to know one another. Bella is just what Edward needed, he was so angry and frustrated and talking with her allowed him to RELAX. I'm wondering when he is going to realize that HE too enjoyed spending time with Bella. I love the car, but I think ROB inspired that. LOL.

Author's Response:

Hey! Glad you enjoyed the chapter and seeing Edward relax with her - huge deal for him, but Bella's own relaxed attitude around him has a big effect. Glad you liked the car, too - even if you don't believe me :P lol.

I don't know how she was able to keep it together on the couch with him.  I think I would have had to excuse myself much earlier, lol.  I am so worried about how this is all going to go down.  He is going to be so pissed when he finds out she is really Marie.

That house is stunning. Wish it was mine. Love the whole story. Loved this chapter, full of sexual tension on poor Bella's part, but Edward must also be feeling it too. If only he knew 'Marie' was so close. There could be some really hot nights then..... Hope he finds out soon.  Can't cope with the stress...... Naughty Bella relieving herself, can't say I blame her. hugs Clare x

Author's Response:

Love that car and show, can't wait for more. I especially like how you have Edward viewing her more as a person probably now.

Author's Response:

Hey again! So pleased that you're another Supernatural fan :) Glad you enjoyed seeing Edward and Bella relax more with each other, and you're right - he does view her more as a person, and less as an employee. Thank you for your lovely stars, you're too kind :D

So looking forward to more!
