just decided to read this story after seeing the banner for the third time...decided to click and love it!!  I am just so glad you have the story already written, because it it so frustrating to start a really good fic then come to find after investing a lot of chapters that there are no more updates happing.  Looking forward to the next chapter- and glad to hear Bella kept that letter.. 

Wow, I had no idea she had a clue about the letter writer.  It will be interesting to see her explain herself.

There was a Law & Order SVU episode on the basis of something like this, the girl ended up getting murded, btw. Based on true events...so yeah, I'm going to pass on this because of the seriousness of the matter.

I can respect your position greatly.  We do address that very real concern at least twice.  The RL story we took our information from was perhaps the first instance.  Was at least a highly publicised one where the young woman became a temporary employee of a Navada brothel so that she had that layer of protection both physical and legal.  This was a oneshot for based on a prompt we were given so we kept it simple.  We are aware of the fairytale aspect and tried to make sure there was a definite aspect of PSA to this, pointing out that if E hadn't stumbled across her the other potential winner wouldn't have been so lovely, and could be dangerous.
