Well, it is a harsh world and unfortunately, there are people who protect themselves by being unfeeling. Some of them belong to the ranks of those who are supposed to protect and defend. By writing about this, though it is uncomfortable, it makes the story live that much more.

GUH. Wow. A baby!! I like it. This is so canon, yet not. Bella is totally right about Edward; I feel like I only know him as a guy who runs too. I totally understand why she would be conflicted, but he has to find out about the baby sooner or later, right? I secretly hope he comes back to her on his own; that would be the best of all possible solutions. I also love that Bella was so nice to Joe; I imagine he will dote on her a lot now that she's pregnant. Can't wait to see how Edward is doing!!

I'm freaking crying! Do you have the slightest idea of how amazingly TALENTED you are?! The last time I cried this much reading was when I read Romeo and Juliet! Not even Stephenie Meyer represented the pain of their characters so well! I'm serious when I say this!
