I'm relieved that Edward found his voice and defended Bella!

Shit...this is a mess...

I was so glad when I saw that there was a new chapter so soon!! ;)

"I think we need a break, Edward."..does Bella mean that they need to spend some time together, just the 2 of them, to reconnect? I know this is just wishful thinking on my part but maybe Bella is the one letting her insecurities get the better of her? I mean, she was so sure of their love at the beginning of this chapter..

And poor Edward..I mean, he has had a really difficult time recently and after he reveals his deepest secret (which was obviously a necessary step in their relationship) Bella decides to leave! This is just going to make him feel unloved and unlovable again, which is definetely not what he needs..

I never imagined that was what happened to Elizabeth..I thought about cheating, that could somehow justify the hate of Francine but this is really worse..in any case Edward's family should have supported and loved him the most and obviously not blamed him since it was not his fault..

I also remember that in the earlier chapters whenever Bella thought about her own mom she felt kind of responsible that Renee was no longere living..is that right? If that is the case I think she should tell Edward too since he revealed his past to her..it's only fair!

You really manage to keep the perfect pace while telling this story, which is really difficult to achieve while writing and as much as I wish to see Bella and Edward happy together soon, this all needs to happen because all the steps along the way will bring them to their happily ever after so I can't wait to see what will happen in the next chapter!! ;)

 

yeah, things better get better!  i'm really pissed.  why won't she listen?  so who gives a flying hoot if he did marry her for the wrong reason, he loves her now doesn't he?  *moping in a corner till the the next update*

It was close to what I was guessing, I thought she got pregnant by someone else but wasn't thinking about her being raped also. Please say they'll work this out before Bella leaves. I don't think it would help Edward to lose the only person that still cares about him. Update soon :)

Oh no!!!  It explains the animosity among Francine, Aro, family, etc... but what a hard life he has endured, and this proposed break seems like another unfair hurdle.

I really hope everything works out for them. I can't wait to see how you are able to fix it. 

very sad back stroy, but it does make everything make sense. I agree with Bella. Plus Edward needs motivation to get out of his current situation. I don't know why someone would punish himself like he's been doing. Great chapter.

Happy to see another chapter!  Edward had to hit rock bottom to see what really mattered to him.  He's such a smart guy - - - I just know you must have something great coming up for his redemption!  ;)  Keeping writing please!! :)

So sad this chapter..I thought the worst was when Edward lost the deal to Aro but this is so much worse..it broke my heart to see both suffer this way..thankfully in the end he realized that Bella and their marriage is the most important thing!

The pull between Bella and Edward is as always really beautifully written and I can't wait to see what will happen next chapter!

I can't believe Francine treated them the way she did..she was so cruel, I hope she gets what she deserves in the end.. :)
