i love this story. this chapter they are fnally starting to figure things out. i just wish that u would update sooner. by the time the next chapter comes out i have to go back and read the end of the previous one. but i love the way u write and am always excited when its updated. thanks!!!

Thanks so much! I've been working the past week or two tying up loose ends on a couple other projects so that by the time this weekend is over, this story will be my only fandom obligation. Fingers crossed that with nothing else going on I'll be able to write faster.

Thank you! That bond was one of the earliest ideas I fleshed out for this story, long before I decided to try to write it.  I didn't want them to imprint/mate like we usually see, that instantaneous connection.  I wanted it to be this sort of bonus supernatural connection that only comes after they make a REAL connection.  I wanted them to choose each other.  That was a big part of why I wrote that middle of the night scene... to show that they think alike and work so well together when they aren't fighting each other.

 

 

I love it! So much information--she has to be reeling. I'm looking forward to the next chapter and to see if that connection is made. I have a feeling that he has already made it and we are just waiting for her to connect the dots. Thanks

Thank you! Yes, there was a whole  lot for Bella to take in this time.  Pretty much the last of the big reveals, though.  No more secrets kept from her.  Next big question is how will the bond manifest itself for B&E? Hmm... ;-)

Hoping to write next week, finishing up a couple other projects so I can just focus on this story. Hope to have an update soon!

Well that sure did explain a lot of Edward's behavior. And it's about time that they kissed! :)
I can't wait to see what Bella's parents will say to her powers.

Thanks! It doesn't excuse his behavior, but it hopefully explains why he was so hostile. I've already written a full outtake of the events with Jane for the FGB team, so that'll post publicly at some point.

And the kiss--that's the only way I ever saw it happening, coming on the heels of his confession, in that room, just like that.

Bella is always learning something new about this group. I never would have figured that the couples would be linked the way they are.
Finally, the kiss has happened. I wonder if alice saw this happen.

This was pretty much the last of the big 'secrets' for Bella to learn.  The link between the couples was something I fleshed out very early on. I didn't want them to imprint/mate and have no choice... but I wanted them to have this kind of bonus supernatural connection that comes after a 'real' connection is made.  Now I can't wait to write how B&E's will manifest.

There's an outtake that I wrote for FGB that'll post eventually. Alice did see the kiss. That moment that Edward brushed off as deja vu? He recognized it from her vision.
