I can't imagine writing a fan fic and not including snippets from the original story. I think that's why you write these and I think it pays homage to the original. And Renie/Nessie?REnesmee...I had to have her be Jake's love interest, because I love canon pairings and can't imagine writing a story any other way. Besides, now we know that Jake is definitely involved for good---he has practically imprinted on that girl!

I just had to go look at a shirtless Edward NM pics after reading that. Yum. Lucky Bella.
Good for Charlie, he had their number didn't he?
I like Bella with Jake's sisters and the fact that they were not judging.
Lots of sexual tension which bodes well for their night.
Author's Response: Lucky Bella is right. And lucky us that we have NM pix to drool over and contemplate. I don't know what Edward would have done if Charlie hadn't been there as his police escort. I think Charlie dealt with the situation well and things turned out okay. I had a lot of leeway with Jake's sisters, since they didn't really figure into the Twilight book more than in passing. I think given the close, familial relationship Bella has with Jake and Billy, her relationship to them would have been equally as close. I'm thinking girl cousins would be this close. And I think they would have known Bella long enough to know that she's a good person and they wouldn't judge a break-up with their brother...expecially now that Jake is involved with Renesmee/Nessie/Renie. ;) The sexual tension is palpable, I daresay!

Glad you liked those pissers and their moodiness. Charlie knew how to handle the situation. Thank goodness he was there. Poor Bella, having to watch that semi-naked display of Edward's after a week of being sick and periodic and knowing where the night is headed and not being able to really display any affection in this situation at the Black's. ;) Jake's sisters would have seemed close to Bella, I would think, they are only a little older than her in the book, so I liked inventing a little with them. I have posted chapter 59 and it is waiting for validation, so hopefully you get to read that in a day or two. Glad to know you are looking forward to my next one too. Be on the lookout for "So Much to Learn".

so I read most of your story yesterday and the day before..it is amazing..I was so excited when I caught up last night, only to have you update today :) I know I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I just got too caught up with reading. This story is so good, and you didn't just jump right into Bella & Edward meet..have sex, get married..have babies and get old..there is suspense, and you are so detailed. I can actually see a movie playing out in my head. Great job!

Thanks so much for the Storylove! I'm glad to know that you were so caught up in my story that you had to just power through and weren't able to leave reviews. Totally acceptable when you state it like that. ;) I don't like stories that just jump right into things, it seems too cheap and sleazy sometimes. I want these characters to really fall in love and I want the reader to know WHY they are in love. We all read Twilight (four books worth of saga) because of that very same reason...we were caught up in the trials and tribulations of falling in love.
And saying that I am detailed is an understatement. I am the first to admit that I am a wordy bitch, but that is how I like to write because I like to imagine it ALL. I have always loved reading things that were equally as detailed, simply because it really does paint the picture in my head of the entire story.
Glad you like it. Thanks so much for the review. Keep in touch. Chapter 59 should post this weekend. And be on the lookout for my next story, "So Much to Learn". Because I will still be a wordy bitch. ;)

Ok - so now I don't know what I'm more excited about - the night that Edward and Bella FINALLY get together or the start of a new story from you.
Hmmmmm - tough call. Considering that I'm about to combust with the anticipation of B&E coupling, I'll have to say this story takes dibbs. However, knowing that you have another incredible story up your sleeve makes me all giddy and I'm looking forward to whatever you grace us with. Can you share what the premise of the story will be?
As usual, this was a great chapter. I loved all the sexual tension built in this chapter and story. This story should have been called, Delayed gratification not The transfer. It has been amazing and I'm almost sad that the "Special" day is almost here.

Well, even though I'm slow on my replies, know that I'm excited about you looking forward to my next story. I'm going to try to start uploading it as The Transfer is finishing.
We're almost to the couple's coupling. Chapter 59 is the start of their Saturday night.
The next story "So Much to Learn" follows a young Edward (from the time he's thirteen) for the next decade in his quest for Bella. I won't say anything else yet. But I think you'll like young, hormonal Edward. ;)
Glad you liked chapter 58. Lots of sexual tension there as they watch each other all day, are forced to maintain and not put on much of a display about their relationship, all the while thinking about the night ahead. I do love sexual tension. (59 chapters of it!!!!) Maybe I should think about re-naming this one. I like your title. :)

Thanks for the review. I know my readers are anxious to get on with the deed, but I feel like there are still things to tie up, like Jake and Bella's relationships to people back home. So I felt like I needed to tell the story of what went on at the build and with her friends in La Push, so I'm glad you liked that. I thought that was really well written and I loved the details with which you decribed the whole building process - brought me a lot of new vocabulary ;)
Also loved that Edward earned more boyfriend points.. first Alice then Rachel.. man that guy will enter the guiness book of world records for boyfriend points!
Now I must say the thing with Nessie or Renie I found a bit weird at first, with the name and the hair color and all ... but then when she said the "if you two have a kid" thing, I loved her ... and Edward choking on his drink :) hilarious.. wonder what he was thinking there ;)
I liked the mulitple POV this chapter.
Anyway, cant wait for the next one obviously ;) and also for your new story ... just like you I would seriously suffer from withdrawls.. so thank you for posting soon

Author's Response: Glad I could help you with some new vocabulary. I used to be a fiend for watching home-improvement shows on TV, so I think I could have done most of the projects at the Black's house with Edward. Just the two of us...working together...him all sweaty and semi-naked...me, all glazed-eyed and drooling.
As far as Renesmee goes---I have always hated her name. And Nessie isn't any better. Renie is an actual name, so why wouldn't Stephenie Meyer have used an actual name??? Anyway, I had to stick with canon and Jake needed a girfriend quick. So, it had to be Renesmee/Nessie/Renie. I think she comes off as being younger and a little goofier, kind of like Jake, so I think they work together. Glad you loved her jaux pas with the pregnancy allusion. Poor Edward, he has enough on his mind as it is, he doesn't need to be thinking about getting Bella pregnant right now. ;)
I'm glad you liked the multiple POVs. I think some readers don't like that, but I felt like it was necessary because they are together at the Black's, but their experiences are quite different since they were not hanging out together.
Rob...boating...I'd climb aboard in an instant. (And I'm not talking about the boat here. ;) )

Great day at the Black home....I'm so glad Charlie took Edward under his wing so he didn't have to deal with those idiotic wolf boys by himself. I'm glad that all the various couples can hang out together reasonably comfortably given their new relationships. banner, I have to say this is one of the most longest and stretched out lemons ever.....and like Edward and Bella, I can't wait!! Just hope Edward doesn't pull that all important groin muscle.....but I'm sure Bella could figure out a way to soothe it. Am sad to learn only 4 more chappies.....I love this story and these characters but rest assured I will be like flies on rice with your next story.

Glad you liked the work day at the Black's. I think it was a success. Edward bonded with Dad-in-law and the wolf-boys were shut down. E kind of proved himself where it was important, you know? I think it was important for the ex's and currents to be able to be together, the way is paved for future friendships and occasions where they may be thrust together again. The best thing of all is that E's groin muscles are intact and functioning well, so he's good to go for this evening. ;) So we will get to the lemon. We're nearly there. (Thank God!)

Love Charlie, caring, yet shy, and attentive to Bells.
Jacob is a good character in this fic too, since he is clingy,, but yet a good guy who has her best interests in mind.
And the wolf pack, puhlease. More like the puppy pack. I enjoyed reading their "glares".

I'm glad that Charlie is letting Edward help him for the day because I wouldn't see it going so well if had to work with the shirtless pack. LOL! I was a little worried when Charlie started talking to Bella. I'm relieved that Charlie actually likes Edward.

Thank you for the chapterlove back on chapter 57. Edward...so much angst about impressiing a girl's dad. Something tells me Bella would stick with Edward no matter what dad had to say. I would. How could you pass that up????? So I did do some of the girls reactions to Edward in chapter 58.

I love the son/FIL bonding time. I really loved the "future" commment from Romaticward. I love the lemony yumminess up against a tree! WOOWHOO Hot! I think that the PACK acting as if they are goign to tear apart Edward is silly, but understandable too.

Edward the Boy Scout. Making good use of "logs" in the forest ! :) More of the pack in chapter 58. They're rather subdues, thanks to Charlie and the fact that there's so much work to do.
Sorry about the writer's block thing. That's tough. I know how that goes. Just take a little break from it. Sometimes when you least expect it you have a eureka moment and then it begins to flow again.
