Author's Response: I am a tease. For a nanosecond I thought about cockblocking another 40 chapters or so, then I decided I would be lynched, so I thought better of it. So nope, no Esme and Carlisle...they're having their own little romantic tryst at another locale. ;)

Author's Response: I had to do canon love-interests. No one else seemed right...but then,. I couldn't wait for B & E to have a child, so I made her little embarrassing comment a key factor in their conversation. Poor Edward, all that soda down into his lungs. I thought it was entertaining. Glad you enjoyed that.

Alice is kind of a hoot. I've always loved her character--in most any story. I think most of us have an Alice-like friend and that makes her that much more endearing.

Just to assure you. I don't feel like throttling you. (Maybe just shake you a little bit) Lol! Loved it and I loved how Edward didn't even think about food but itfit nicely cause then Bella got to show off her mad skills.

I'll consider myself shaken. ;) Sorry about the cliffie at the end of chapter 59. I hated to leave it there, but I really wanted chapter 60 to be it's own entity. Glad you liked Edward's lack of planning in the food department. Man cannot live on bread alone. But apparently man can do just fine with all kinds of sex and no sustenence. ;) But Bella did get to whip up a lovely dinner to impress Edward. It was the first time she made him a meal. I think that's kind of sexy too. And I'm sure Edward appreciated it. He knows she likes to cook and he got to hear about her making meals for Charlie and also for Jake, when he spent the night at Charlie's...so it's only right that Edward gets to have Bella "feed" him as well. ;)

I am going to keep reading, but there is lots of angst going on and not as much of the funny stuff I thought there would be. Emmett giving advice seemed to have lots of potential that just isn't coming out in the story.
I guess what I mean is it is a good story, just not living up to the first chapter expectaations I set. I am only half way done though.

I'll admit it...I'm evil. I'm sure throttling crossed the minds of many. I'm still catching up on reviews from last chapter. Glad you loved chapter 59 and Edward's inner monolog. There's just so much trash in that boy's head. Such a beautiful head on the outside, such a disaster going on in the inside. ;) I missed Edward in chapter 60. It was pure Bella. I'm not even sure if I ever wrote an all-Bella chapter during this entire chapter...so I miss my boy. He's next.

Aren't Carlisle and Esme in Vancouver for her birthday gift weekend? I think Edward just drove around for a while and headed back to the house - hence the blindfold. Just wondered if anyone else had this thought as to where he took her - his bedroom? Great story. Can't wait for next chapter.
