I am going to keep reading, but there is lots of angst going on and not as much of the funny stuff I thought there would be. Emmett giving advice seemed to have lots of potential that just isn't coming out in the story.
I guess what I mean is it is a good story, just not living up to the first chapter expectaations I set. I am only half way done though.

You took the time, so I will...I'm just slow. ;) Chapter 19 and 20 were the angsty chapters. There have to be a few, every now and then, but rest assured, I really like humor and I have a hard time just doing angst and seriiousness. I hope you find more humor to enjoy as you continue. My favorite line in this chapter was when Charlie told Edward he looks a bit jumpy... that was too funny!!!

Author's Response: I know, Tay! Chapter 59 had a rather cruel yet lovely ending. ;) But that just meant that chapter 60 had a lovely beginning...and middle...and end....and then there's chapter 61 coming up soon, because I want to share the EPOV from that eveining...and night...they were busy, I'll tell you that much. ;) Still catching up on reviews, as you can tell., I'll get to the ones from chapter 60 this weekend.

I'll admit it...I'm evil. I'm sure throttling crossed the minds of many. I'm still catching up on reviews from last chapter. Glad you loved chapter 59 and Edward's inner monolog. There's just so much trash in that boy's head. Such a beautiful head on the outside, such a disaster going on in the inside. ;) I missed Edward in chapter 60. It was pure Bella. I'm not even sure if I ever wrote an all-Bella chapter during this entire chapter...so I miss my boy. He's next.

Aren't Carlisle and Esme in Vancouver for her birthday gift weekend? I think Edward just drove around for a while and headed back to the house - hence the blindfold. Just wondered if anyone else had this thought as to where he took her - his bedroom? Great story. Can't wait for next chapter.
