Bella and Edward have finally gotten married and are now heading for their honeymoon.  The step by step progression to the final stage of making love.  First they had to endure all those plane trips.  Just when Bella thought the traveling was done, Edward led her to the Cullen's yacht.  Talk about speeding up Bella's heart rate speeding up due to the speed of the boat and Edward's driving.  She has a death grip on her seat to avoid falling over the side.  Once arriving on the island both parties are anxious as well as nervous.  This will the finale so to speak of all their practicing to move towards this point in their physical relationship.  Edward suggested a midnight swim to attempt to calm them both to ease into their next step.  Even after he undressed and walked into the water, his mind was confused will she wear clothes or a swimsuit.  He knew she was anxious and he realized she was feeling the same nerves and jitters that he was experiencing.  Bella joined him in the water after removing her clothes due to seeing his clothes sitting on the bushes.   Their conversation in the water was even more enjoyable by hearing Edward's thoughts on the events.  We all knew the original book omitted their first night alone on the island to allow for the younger readers.  You have expanded that evening to explain the details occurring between Edward and Bella.  Edward can be such a cocky dude.  Just listening to Bella's heart rate gave him the clues to what was most enjoyable for her.  It was a beautiful, sensual, and romantic evening for Bella and Edward.  Edward realized that Bella had changed him into being more human.  He was a man first, then a vampire.  Thanks for giving us Edward's POV throughout the beginning of Breaking Dawn.
