Okay, I thought it could maybe be Jane (or James, I wasn't sure) - but setting the studio on fire? I sure as hell didn't expect that. Actually, I had to read this chapter twice - the first time I was just skimming it, to be sure that everyone was still alive at the end...
And boy, Bella is crazy. Trying to save the paintings... She probably didn't think straight, but Edward would have been devastated if she had been killed...

Awwww, he loves her! I hope that all of his paintings were'nt ruined, or maybe they just have smoke damage that could be considered a cool art effect, some special imprint of the artist's life; it could increase the value!

Poor Bella, she can't catch a break, first losing her leg and now almost burning in a fire. Someone trying to tell her something??? Time to lighten this story up. What is next? Does she get caught in an earthquake?

That was intense and very well written Poor Edward. Is Bella burned or does she just have lung damage? The doctor was decidedly lacking in bedside manner and not very informative. I liked Emmett's part in sneaking Edward past the nurses.

I'm thinking that was an intense and amazing chapter. So sad for him to lose his art. I am so glad that Bella woke and that she wasn't upset with him. I felt pretty sure she wouldn't be, but it's not my story so I wasn't certain where you'd take this. I really am enjoying this ride you are taking us on. Such wonderful writing and such a different story, it's very refreshing.

I like where you took the story in this chapter. The bump in with Angela and closing off that relationship; Jane going psyco; Edward resolving that Bella is the most important person/thing in his life - art can be replaced or more can be created, but Bella can't be replaced; Edward acknowledging Esme's place in Carlisle's life.

What a cliffhanger! I suspect that it is James in the studio since Bella feels threatened, but it could easily be Jane. This was a really good chapter . Please update soon. I can't wait to see what happens, especially since Bella is vulnerable without her prosthetic.

Shit! My first thought is that it's Jane. I'm praying that it's not James.
Edward needs to get there immediately. Maybe this will be the piece to the puzzle as to who's been after her/them.
