He almost told her that he loves her! This was an amazing chapter. I had a feeling there was going to be a cliff hanger at the end of this one.

About her mom--wow. I have some experience with depression and suicide in my family, too. I understand what Sarah must have felt. Heartbreaking.
On to happier things...the sex! Holy crap--that was smoking! Must. Have. More. And, there is nothing wrong with possessive Rob! ;)
Can't wait for the parental meeting. They will love her--I'm convinced!

Both my mom and dad have suffered its brutal fate. It is truly heartbreaking, life changing, all those things and more. She's found someone who she can open up to about it, and that is a major step for her.
Ahh yes, convertible fun and morning sex...*sigh* oh, you must have more? I'll see what I can do about that :) LOL

Hey Les!
Well, darlin', you've done it again, sweetie, made me laugh, cry, and squirm! What a morning wake up. Then to lay in bed 'til the afternoon...yummm. Although part of that lay-a-bout leads to Sarah's heartbreaking revelation. My daughter is bi-polar, so I can understand what Sarah was going through in that aspect of her tale, but to have found her mother that way, so terribly sad...emotional. Then her father's heart attack!
Your Rob is such a tender hearted soul. He loves Sarah so much that his heart breaks for her and he weeps for her. Such a wonderful man.
So now they are headed to the homestead! And the trip there, ummmm yummy lemonade! But, the nerves are now setting in and you are making us wait for the first meeting. Gahhhhh! Hurry because we all want MORE PLEASE!

So emotionally hard to deal with. He has fallen hard for her...she's just beginning to actually realize and accept that-another big step for her since she's been closed off for so long. It takes time-we all want things to move quickly, but the reality is, sometimes it just doesn't.
Ahh yes...convertible fun! hehehehe-Good times! And yes, the meeting is up next. More for her to deal with! OH, and then there's the little matter of her leaving on Sunday-yeah, lots more on the way.

That is really sad about her mother, but nice that she felt comfortable enough to discuss it with Rob. At least they were able to lighten things up before getting to his parents house.

After the emotions of the last chapter, I read this latest update with some trepidation, wondering how my nerves were going to handle it all. Boy did you take us through a roller coaster ride this chapter hon! I giggle at the teasing at the start of the chapter, wanted to cry with both Edward & Bella when she spoke of losing her mother, and laughed again at the journey Bella gave Edward whilst he was driving his convertible! *LOL*

Yay Lesley that was fab. Aw Rob is so cute, especially when he cries for Sarah's parents. Poor Sarah, to find her mum that way, that's awful, must mess with your head forever. But I'm so glad she's found Rob and can have some good times just for her. It will be hard for them being apart but it will just make their times together even better. They'll work it out I'm sure.
Wow, loved speedster Rob in his black M6 convertible. That is one sexy car, ideal for him. And yum, naughty Sarah, doing that to him while he's driving!! Bad Sarah, needs Dom Rob to spank her bottom for that one.... LOL.

It was an extremely difficult chapter to write, the loss of her parents is a massive part of who she is and contributes to why its so hard for her to let anyone into her life. and you are correct, it does mess with you forever.

Oh man, I wish I'd gotten to review this chapter back on Saturday when I read it because between the scene with Rob, Ashley, Kellan, Maggie, Sarah & Jenna; and the fact that I just stopped bawling my eyes out over My Sister's Keeper...I'm a mess!
Then of course you had to transition from the sadness of Jenna's plight to one hot as lovemaking romp (I refuse to call it just sex, because all emotions included it was about way more than gratification). *blushes*
All seriousness though, Sarah you need to let your guard down for Rob. Just a little - he wants to make this happen, to be a part of not only your life but your sons' as well. I think you're so busy trying to protect yourself, you're hiding behind the excuse of your sons and forgetting what Rob has to put on the line to be with you.

She is trying to let her guard down-she knows he's trying and she wants to let him in-its going to be hard for her to resist him. You're right-he is putting himself out there just as much as she is-she's starting to acknowledge that its not all one sided.
