That was sweet and fun. I enjoyed your characters, was able to live in their world with out worrying if it even began to be real---your characterization was real enough that I could get lost. Thanks for that. It was fun to visit this little world.

Thanks for a lovely, if only partly Canadian, story. I came to really love Sarah and have so much respect for her. You have developed a wonderful, strong, fierce and yet tender character in Sarah. I'm going to miss them...
We're actually off to Ottawa this week - getting in some skating on the canal - it's definitely cold enough! I think we'll have to get some ice wine with chocolate for desert one evening, while the kids have beavertails!

Enjoy Ottawa! The canal is not in good shape right now, but part of it is open! You have to have ice wine *sigh* -Expensive, but worth every penny.

MMM! As a mom myself I know how protective I would feel of my children! Just reading this makes me angry maybe? Stressed out? Very good writing, really brings your emotions into the story! I am not sure what my reactions would be, would be hard to deal with as a mom. Totally different if Sarah was on her own. Cant wait to hear that phone call she makes. itting her now not wanting to believe that there just isn’t anything more coming, yet you could not have ended it more perfectly....kudos to you my dear. It'll kill me when I come to the realization that I won't ever open this page again to find a new update, but right now I'm basking in the lovely ending.
Thank you for allowing me to make this amazing journey with you, your Rob and Sarah. From the beginning, there was just something about your writing of these two that captured me and has kept me with you and looking forward to each new update.
You have a totally amazing writing skill, you truly told a story about a life lesson, and as you said in the end, life is hard sometimes, and it'd be unrealistic to have everything rosey all the time. Did I hate every time you entered Beth, you bet your bum I did, but it gave the story substance. As for their "loving scenes" you always had just the right amout sprinkled in, and in your own style of writing, smexy yet elegant.
I would love for you to do a sequel, 10 years later, and how they are doing. I will sincerely miss your updates, but again... let me say it, a more perfect ending you could not have given us. Take good care dear soul, and keep your pen to pad. Angela a,k.a Edwyna.....:-)

Excellent!!!!! I'm sorry it's over and would love to see a sequal. This is only the 3rd review I've ever written in over a year of reading stories here and at a couple of sights. I want to encourage you to continue writing. You have a gift. I can't believe this is your first one. Please don't be discouraged when someone writes a review that is not positive. That just boggles my mind! Some people are so caught up in themselves and think their opinions are so damn important that they feel justified to say anything. They should go into politics if they want to bash people not act an ass, not purposely try to hurt the writers on a fiction story website. The beauty is they don't HAVE to like what you write. Idiots! If they don't like it don't read it, period. For the record, your story was a refreshing point of view. I loved thinking about what it must be like to be Rob when the world only sees him as Edward. Your story has made me even more sensitive to the right of others, no matter who they are, to have privacy and a life separate of their public personas. Again, excellent story and I look forward to seeing more from you. I have put you on my favorite authors list.

OMG, How sad dropping Rob off at the airport! Very emotional for both of them. I dont think Sarah was too happy about shopping for a house with Rob i LA, I think he just wants a place for them to be when she visits him in LA, She is putting way too much into it. I will go house shopping with Rob! Sounds like fun too me.!! I think Rob needs to be her a new car. I doubt Sarah will let him though. I think it would make her angry!! Your story is very emotional its not angsty and stressful like a lot of the stories but I find I can only read 1 chapter a day as it is very intense to me for some reason. I I enjoy your writing style and would love to check out the new story you are writing now. After I finish this one I will. thank you for this beautiful and well written story! I never know what to say at the end of a story. I'm sad it's over. I'm glad I got to enjoy it. I think the word I want is...complete.
You had me from the moment she said she was from Canada. As the daughter of Kanuks(Canuks?) I love to read anything from there.And Sara and Rob became so real to me that it felt like I was reading letters from a friend.
Your ending was probably the most satisfying ending I have ever read. It just was perfect. It was complete. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wow – I feel like a kid looking at the bottom of a present, not wanting to believe that there just isn’t anything more there.
Thank you for allowing me to make this amazing journey with Rob and Sarah. From the beginning, where Sarah shared her IPOD with Rob on that fateful trip to London, til the end when Rob opened the limo door for Sarah. You allowed me to experience all of these things as though I was there with them. I heard the first bars of the Canadian music she introduced him to; felt every heartbeat of love they shared; witnessed and heard each and every argument; was blinded by the camera flashes as Rob pulled her from the limo; and even felt their hands in mine as they walked hand-in-hand down the red carpet. And Finding Forever, to my knowledge, is the first story to allow them to do this as a couple.
Les, you are a true artist. Your gifted writing abilities are awesome and a pleasure to read. You know how I feel about your storytelling. You are one of my Salacious Seven!!!! And even though Finding Forever comes to a close, you have gifted us with a new story “By The Numbers.” I’ll see you over there soon.
