That was beautiful. I love that you ended the telling of this story through Carlisle's eyes. He was a perfect bridge amongst all the editions of the Edward/Bella saga you and this story of yours is a part of.
I appreciate you giving Carlisle closure as well. In your epilogues, you made sure to touch on updates regarding each character that you introduced us to and their stories, why not Carlisle's? He did have a vested interest in Bella and her well being. Your choice in this POV was more than surprising to me.
Thank you for sharing this with us. Happy endings are not easy things to come by. But, it's the struggles and pains that we experience on the way which make them that much more powerful when they are upon us. (smile) If only time could fast-forward through the rough patches.

I am going to start by saying I have NEVER EVER left a comment/review on any story on this website. I have been reading fanfiction on here for 4 years and have never commented on anything. But this story just touched me so much. It (as chessy and pathetic as it may sound) touched my soul. I stayed up all night last night because I could not get this story out of my head after I finished it. It's like when you watch a really good movie that affected you so much you're stuck in your seat even after the credits are long gone. It was a truely beautiful story and it's affected me so much I might even tell my friends about my secret twilight fan fiction obsession just so they can read this story and I mean that's a BIG thing for me because NO ONE and I mean NO ONE knows about my obsession with Twilight fan fiction. I can't wait to read more of your stories because I know they will be just as beautiful as this one. You have an amazing talent and I hope you take advantage of it in the future.

I could read a million more chapters about their forever together. I can't count how many times I've read through this story (probably more times than I've read the actual Twilight Saga lol). You have a serious talent and theres a large part of me that wishes that THIS was what Stephanie wrote and that THIS is what I'd be seeing in the theaters. This is, without a doubt, my favorite piece of fan fiction ever written. Thank you for writing it.

I loved it. Time travel is very hard to do, and personally, I think you did an excellent job with it. Your story was so cute, so sexy, and so fun to read, the second I saw your update on my email I got this silly smile on my face and clicked the link as fast as I could. This was the perfect ending; you did an excellent job of tying up the loose ends.

I LOVE this! The perspective from Carlisle's POV on their whole relationship is beautiful. I am so glad that I kept this story on my fav list when I finished it, because I just wanted to keep it around to read it again. This was a wonderful epiloge. Thank-you.

(sobs) God that was beautiful. Thank you for sharing that! I teared up when Carlisle talked about still loving Bella and mourning her love in a way. I always wondered how Carlisle dealt with that. I mean, we know that when a vampire falls in love it alters them, and even though Esme was his true mate, he still "felt" for her. The way you explained it was just beautiful and absolutely brilliant. This is one of my favorite stories in FF and you've totally outdone yourself. Thanks so much for sharing it with us and I loved reading this piece you did for the FGB.

*wipes tear from eye* Time sucks, time takes everything away eventually. I'm glad we saw some more mourning for Bella's lost friends, and the meeting with Miriam and Mary was great - a real turnup. I'm glad Bella and Edward have something of their time together back. :)

I'm just re-reading this, loved it the first time and I love it just as much the second time. But I can't help but feel the characters that Bella knew and loved in 1918 have just been... forgotten, made to seem inconsequential. This saddens me. I'll mourn them properly, even if Bella doesn't. haha
Hopefully the epilogue, which I am just about to read again will have something more in the way of "I missed them a lot". :)
