Questions. What is happening in real time? Is Bella a missing person? Does Carlisle "remember" Bella from the past? And Do Esme, Rose, and Emmett get changed?
Author's Response: All good questions... unfortunately, I can't answer any of them yet. Well... actually I could... I just won't! LoL! Don't want to ruin it for you, but rest assured all of these questions will be answered at some point in the future.

She meets up with Carlise....Awesome! And her dream at the end is so hot and confusing and sad, really because her Edward is gone and they never even got to do anything like that together.

Oh, how could you happen upon Carlisle across the years and not rush up and hug him?! LOL!
This is such a cool story and you're making it so engaging, descriptive and realistic...right down to the 'History Lesson' Good Housekeeping article! My grandmother was born in 1910 and everything you've written matches stories and details she told me.
Fabulous job! I won't bug you about getting another chapter up soon ('cause that's so obnoxious), but I am not above admitting that after a few days I start to crave more. :-D Just today I was thinking about Beyond Time so I felt giddy when I saw you'd updated. <3

Thanks for another great chapter. I loved that Bella met up with Carlisle, but I wanted her to tell him what was going on. It would be nice for her to have someone to confide in, and knowing Carlisle, he would find it all fastinating. And if the influenza hits while Bella is there, she might need his help with Edward. I mean, for Bella and Edward to have a future, he must be changed, and she might have to make that happen.
Speaking of Edward -- loved the dream -- hated that Alice interrupted. Go figure!
I love your style of writing, and I love your humor. I'm really enjoying this story. :)
Thanks again for another terrific chapter. I can hardly wait for the next one. :)

"I stared at the front door, willing Edward to walk in and take me against the wall… or maybe that nurse’s desk." - Oh, I laughed for a good minute at that! Sooooo gorgeous and hilarious!
I also cracked up at: "“Carlisle!” I gasped. And for the second time in my life, I fainted." So CUTE! AND now: "I never remembered Carlisle as being so sarcastic." Why am I finding this chapter so charmingly funny.
Oh, that whole thing with C was just precious! I was glued to the screen with a wide smile painted on my face. You have such a lovely way of writing - so decriptive yet not too much to bore one. I just can't tell you how much I am enjoying each of your chapters - every new one better than the last.
And I meant to say from the begining how much I thought of your original character, Maggie. She jumps off the page and is just hilarious. Fantastic job. The whole Wizzard of Oz - great. Very Life on Mars (loved that whole concept of him trying to find out if he's dreaming it all while unconcious in hospital, and your fic does it much better than that!
I don't know why, but your banner doesn't like my computer - it makes the page 'jumpy' for lack of a better word, and took five minutes to load the first time which had also never happened before. Weird.
Anyway, love your updates. I bet they're loving you over at TWCS more than here.

Oh, god! That was precious! "This hallucination was so not what I was expecting." and "I kicked ass at hallucinating." Hilarious! Oh, the detail you gave; I was right there with her! Fantastic - I was so loving how she didn't care that it wasn't 'real' anymore.
You've got a very suspensful 'Life on Mars' thing going on with this fic which makes it even better!
