Am loving this, had a little giggle at the unicorn, but as you so rightly point out we ARE reading fic about vampires!
This care free, sexually experimenting Edward is very refreshing, and am loving the interactions between Edward and Carlise - i have never really seen the true terror and unease felt by the humans really explored in fic!
I know i still have a few chatpers to read to catch up, but am loving this (it's definately getting added to my favourites)! THANKS

Busy first week of school for Bella and Edward. On the first day Edward upset with Jessica's boldness and Bella was furious. They did have an unappropriate make out session in the hallway. Edward hears the thoughts of fellow classmates and becomes angry when they think of Bella unfavorably. Angry at himself for his lack of control and the person thinking the thoughts. I did truly enjoy Edward and his excitement to be able to compete with his peers. He was very good. Working for himself and Bella so she won't get hurt. Mike stole the ball from Edward and Edward caught up with him. Mike threw the basketball directly at Bella. Edward took the ball and aimed at Mike's nose. He passed it directly at Mike's nose. Crack he broke it also. Coach sent everyone to the showers. Edward was blackmailed to tryout for baseball. Bella watched the tryouts and Edward was not only good he was great. Made the team. So he'll get to compete with his peers. Bella concerned his vampiric traits were coming back. No he was still a young man with a mind of a centurian. Hopefully Charlie wasn't home when the water turned cold. Their loud screams would direct Charlie's attention to the bathroom. He would not be happy at all to catch them together nude. Go Edward. Strike 'em all out. You'll take the team to state championship.

Well, isn't it typical that all the ire is focused on Bella! And why hasn't Edward talked to Alice about all of this? Is he putting too much distance between himself and his family? I suspect he is going to need them more than he thinks!
