I was so glad to see an update in my inbox this morning.  I can't wait to see what happens with Edward's DNA.  I hope that Carlisle is able to find a cure.

Yet another great chapter... I liked how they ended up with Charlie... I really didn't think of that one... great idea! Poor Edward... I hope that he goes back to vampire and remembers everything so he's not dangerous or anything... Charlie needs to find out though... everything... that would be interesting but Im sure the Cheif can handle it all...

Author's Response:

Yes, I thought that Charlie would be a good person to deal with the situation. I`m sure that as a police officer Charlie has had to deal with tense situations in which a person is paranoid and confused.

Like a pot of boiling water, we're back to simmer, for the moment. What Carlisle told Bella is a possible explanation for some of Edward's behavior. If he has wolf, vampire, and human dna fighting it out in his body, no wonder he doesn't know which end is up. I'm glad Bella and Edward are with Charlie, and more glad Jasper and Emmett are right outside. Now, all we have to worry about are the packs of wild dogs in Forks, be they wolves or coyotes.

Author's Response:

Thank you for the review. Yes, it is simmering for the time being, but don`t get too relaxed lol.

I think she needs to be with Edward. Great story.

Go with him. That's not rocket science.

Wow, Edward is completely screwed up.  Love it.  Ummm, Bella should stick with Edward if he is unwilling to see the Cullens right now.  Can't wait to see what happens next!

Author's Response:

Thanks for the review. Yes, Edward is screwed up, but it has to get worse before it gets better.

Reviewer: AmyTX (Signed) · Date: December 04, 2010 11:36 AM · On: Running

I don't see how not going back to the Cullens is an option.  His memories are coming back so he should believe that they love and only want to help him and Bella.  I would think that Edward would be extremely anxious to go back and try to figure out how to stop the virus now that he knows Bella is likely to be infected.

I'm glad they finally made love.  I was beginning to wonder if he'd ever get over his early 1900's attitudes and do it.

Author's Response:

Thanks for the review. It was inevitable that Edward's 1900 attitude towards propriety would crack. :)

Sooner or later they are going to have to tell Edward about vampires and wolves.  Or will he remember everything on his own?  Maybe if he encounters Oscar and Paul?  Although I really don't want to think about him having to see them after what they've done to him.

Author's Response:

Yes, they will. They can't continue to lie to him about the supernatural.

Reviewer: AmyTX (Signed) · Date: December 04, 2010 07:58 AM · On: Healing

I am really hoping that Oscar and Paul haven't somehow made Edward more like a real werewolf.  I wonder if he can be changed back to a vampire now.  Will he be able to read minds again?

Author's Response:

It is hard to say what will happen to him until the full mooon. Then, whatever will be, will be. Thanks for reviewing!

Pick it up a bit please.  I know Edward is incredibly neurotic, but I'm beginning to lose patience with this.  He's traumatized - in which case depict it accurately.  Or he isn't and is just having another hissy fit.  Give him a slap, please.  And so stop Bella being such a passive wimp.  Right now, she is topping my list of people I want to slap.

Get on with the story.

Author's Response:

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you aren't enjoying the story's pace, but thank you for sharing that with me. I will always take on board peoples comments and certainly consider any points raised. I hope that you continue to read and from your point of view it improves, but if you dont I appreciate you letting me know why.

I love "The Walking Dead" too!  Great chapter- actually, it kind of reminded me of "The Stand" (Stephen King), which is one of the best novels ever.

Author's Response:

The Stand! I absolutely loved that book when I was younger!

Hmmmm interesting. I have been waiting lol I hope to see more soon!

Author's Response:

Thank you! I know you've all been waiting. I'm really trying to post faster. I think about this story all the time. I was even making notes for the chapter while my students were writing their exam. lol

i'm glad to have discovered this story! it's like 28 days meets resident evil and the notebook all mixed together! i like the way the story has progressed. i cant wait to see what happens next--i don't want to make any suggestions on what bella's or even edward's next move it, but i have faith that what ever you make them do, i'll be right there enjoying the read!

Author's Response:

Thank you so much. I really appreciate everyone's reviews. They help to keep the creative energy flowing.

Ok, ignore the suggestion I just sent a lil bit ago because I was re-reading the chapter and realized that I was wrong about the park, lol!  But its an even better chapter a 2nd time around! HAHA

Author's Response:

Thanks for your suggestion. You did give me an idea. :)

I think you did great on this chapter!  I loved how you used Edward's little epiphany in the end that offered him a dim clarification at the severity of the situation in the end of the chapter.  Ooohhh- I got a rec for you!  As always, I encourage you to keep moving forward with it.

She should make him go. After all, it is very hard for Edward to say no to her.

Author's Response:

That's true. Protecting Bella is often the only thing that will break through Edward's stubborness.

Another great chapter. That epidemic sounds horrific.

Author's Response:

Thank you so much. Yeah, epidemics are scary things.
