Wow. This was amazing. I am overwhelmed with emotion. THese characters have endured so much pain! This was a brilliant chapter. I love this story. It is so very powerful. My heart breaks for Edward. He has been tortured both physically and mentailly to tht point of insanity. I hope he finds Bella and understands what is happening in time. He is going for her now! Excellent job!!!
Author's Response: Thank you so much for all your reviews. Yes, the characters really have been pushed to their limit, but as the saying goes "Adversity doesn't build character, it reveals it." I think this saying is really true and I've tried to explore this in my story.

Incredible to see how Paul has changed, how he first wanted to do anything to hurt Edward, but then he realized the torture that they were inflicting on Edward and he changed. He helped Edward, and now, when he was trying to help Bella, he may have been killed. Wonder what is happening to Edward now, but whatever it is, he is on the hunt. Very well written chapter, and the intensity of the time with Edward in his cell, and then the fight on the field....wonderful! Can't waiti for more! xoxoxo
Author's Response: Thank you for the review. I'm glad that I captured the sense of urgency in the chapter. That's what I was looking to create with Paul's recount of Edward's captivity and then Edward's point of view in the hunt.

I just discovered this story through a recommendation and I must say it's amazing. I'm wondering if it's something in the real werewolf (venom? juice? whatever they call it) that's capable of turning vamps into humans since unlike the shifters a werewolf's purpose isn't necessarily to kill vampires. Also, I'm liking how Bella is getting experiences and sides out of Edward she has never seen before, because he is now human. Maybe now she'll appreciate what Edward was always trying to tell her about treasuring her humanity (and not being in such a hurry to turn into a vampire).

It was good to hear what was going on in LaPush when Sue grabbed Bella and how Jacob made it to rescue her from Oscar. I love that Edward saved his life, but I hope he can pull himself together to recognize his friend.
