Awww Gray! This chapter was as freaking great as the last one!!! The date!!! squeee!!!! I did cringe when Jacob didnt catch a clue, but hey, he is a dumb dog right?
This made me swoon: "He reached up and cupped my face in his hands, brushing his thumb across my cheekbones, and I felt tears fill my eyes at his tender words and affectionate gesture. “Please don’t cry, my pretty girl,” Edward whispered, leaning closer, pressing a soft kiss to my lips. “If it weren’t for what she did, I wouldn’t be here with you, where I belong.”
LOVED IT!!!
I can hardly wait for the next chapter!!!

I love it, love it, love it!!! It was so funny when they were in the office and Rosalie gave them 30 seconds... I understand Bella freaking out, but Alice is right..she just has to talk to Edward when these things come up and I am glad that Edward opened up too. I would love to read his POV at some point. I can't wait to see what happens next!!! Great job...thanks so much!!!

The jacob situation went much better than I thought it would. Thank goodness for Nessie. I'm glad Edwrad is being more forthcoming about his past. I hope the kids will be accepting of Bella seeing Edward. Jacob is happy. I think Bella deserves some happiness too.

What an awesome chapter, finely things are heating up! I'm sure there is still some drama in the near future but what a nice New Year's Eve for Bella and Edward! I'm so glad Alice helped Bella with the outfit and am glad she felt as pretty as she really is!

Honestly, I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Either Jake to tell her she's neglecting the kids by dating someone (oblivious of the double standard), or her daughter to go insane over her mom dating.
I like the more confident Bella, I"m glad she could find good things in her appearance, that's a good thing. 'Woe is me' Bella is a little off-putting, and I'm enjoying the turn Edward's affections have made in her.
Just don't let her succomb to the guilt again. As a mom and wife she gave everything to her family, she deserves to have some joy in her own rite. =]

I am thrilled that Edward and Bella cleared the air in regards to the kiss. I was releaved that it was just a misunderstanding/a miscommunication and not something more.
Although, they do need to talk. Edward needs to explain what has happened in his past and with his marriage. It seems to still be affecting him and if he plans on having any kind of relationship with Bella he should talk to her. However, if he is just looking for a 'hook-up' well then, no need to explain! ;);)
