I liked it alot. I like Bella, but she soooo lets having kids run her life. I know a lot of people like that, and it's always a hard thing. A very good friend gave me some advice before I had my oldest. She said, "Treat them like you would small roommates. If you need some time alone, take it. Do at least one thing just for yourself everyday, and no matter what, sometimes your relationship HAS to be tied with kids for first. If not, then one day when the kids are gone, you'll be left alone. The beginning of a happy family is a happy relationship." I've lived by it, and my girls are happy, but my husband and I are also very happy. I never made him feel like an after thought or that he was in the way of me and them. Bella seems to need a bit of that. It honestly might be what went wrong with her and Jake (in part, of course).
I LOVE this story and I'm soooooo glad to have read it. Seriously, your Edward is wonderful! Is he for rent???? LOL Thanks so much for this, it's such a joy! =]
Author's Response: Bella isn't putting Edward behind the kids on her priority list, but the kids have to be on the same level - she's seen what Jacob putting someone else ahead of them has done, and she knows that any decision that affects her family needs to be discussed with her family. She's still learning to put herself and her own needs and wants to the front of the list - it takes a long time to retrain yourself for that!

Okay, I'm not going to lie, it may me tear up. Look up perfect proposal in the dictionary and I'm pretty sure this is it!
Awww...I love these two! And I love Sarah and Will. And It was just so perfect. I was feeling a bit like Sarah when she said she'd have to talk to the kids, but it kinda made it even more perfect giving him this opportunity!
LOVE IT! And I will gladly wait paitently for two weeks for an update, but its just that good!!
Author's Response: The second proposal was the one that was planned all along - the first one was a surprise to us all - including ME! Edward kinda sprung it on me as I was writing the last chapter, but he insisted we keep it in (yes, I just admitted that my characters write their own stories, and that I let them :)

OMG......I loved it, I was crying along with Bella. I'm so happy for her and Edward! J The way he proposed was sooooooo romantic. I loved how people kept slipping in during the song……. I loved that Sarah helped pick out the ring!……. I loved that Jake and Ness were there to show their support!.....I loved everything about it! I can’t wait for the wedding!

These two are so good together. Everything they do makes me smile! :) As for the baby issue, when Edward said he wanted "our baby” and not jus "a baby” I think Bella was caught off guard. Her reaction was way more positive to that statement. I think there is hope that she will come to want that with Edward as their relationship grows. But even if they don't have a child, I think Edward will be just as happy.
Author's Response: Bella was most definitely caught off guard when he said "our baby" because she never really thought of a child in those terms. She's still not ready to think of another child, but even she can see that he'd make a wonderful father. And you're right, Edward is happy with Bella, whether there's a child involved or not :)

I have absolutely fallen in love with your story, you are brilliant! I started reading it yesterday and haven't been able to stop. At first I wasn't sure I was going to like it because of the fact that Bella was a mother of two teenage children but i love Will and Sarah. I especially love how Bella and Jake are still friends even after everything they've been through and how you didn't rush Edward and Bella's realtionship. I can't wait for an update, so please hurry!
