I though that this was a fantastic chapter. It shows that no matter what age you are when you love love someone and you want to be with them, it can make you crazy with love and need. I liked the part where she went off on him about her feelinngs about not being able to be with him. HE WAS SPEECHLESS. I guess women can do that to a man. I cannot wait for the wedding and I thought have the invitation at the end was also a wonderful idea. THANKS FOR THE AWESOME READING. Sher
Author's Response: Well, Edward kinda had it coming, because Edward's been teasing her something awful - not on purpose, but it was awfully difficult for her. I think she managed to get her point across, don't you.

Love the joke on Seth! I laughed my ass off. Love the whole Edward and Sarah "I love you" part :) And you just added a new word to my vocabulary. Dickmatized is now my favorite word and will be used on a regular basis :) Can't wait for the wedding!

I was having a hard, long, worked both jobs, I'm so tired that my eyes keep going blurry kind of day. I needed a break from eveything, I didn't know if I could stay up long enough to read this chapter, but I thought I would give it a try...I'M SO GLAD I DID!!! The joke on Seth made my day, it was so mean, so perfect! I still have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard! I loved Will's "carry me daddy?" Plus the ending with Edward, Sarah and Will was so sweet...I have to say thank you, this day doesn't suck so bad now, cas now I'm going to bed with a chuckle and a smile!

Poor Edward! I just found this story and I am completely addicted. I have had several late nights this week reading it. You strike such a beautiful balance between a lovely alternate situation storyline and the essence of SM's unique characters that we know and love so well. It is such a refreshing approach. Thank you for your handling of delicate elements like the importance of commitment with intimacy. I wasn't expecting the abstinence before the wedding. Perfect. I'm looking forward to the EPOV at the end of the story. Thanks so much!

Again, totally worth the wait. I loved doped up Edward, who cares if it's not necessarily proable it's fiction and that's the fun of it. :) Hmm...I thought he was very adorable. I can't for the wedding! I just love how far the two of them have come! I'm a little sad to see this one end!

I was re-reading Twilight for the 900th time this weekend. I started thinking about how Stephanie Meyer said she wanted a love story where love was the focus rather than sex. I think it's interesting that when people try to that, it seems that just the opposite happens. Sex becomes the focus - as evidenced by the plethora of NC-17 fanfic out there.
I know so many couples who did the 'no sex' thing before their wedding. I understand the concept behind it, but it almost makes it seem (IMO) that sex is the most important part of a marriage.
I don't know, this is something that bugs me about society in general. The denial of sexuality, and emphasis on abstinence and chastity only serves to make the idea of sex more central.
Sorry for the soapbox! I am not criticizing you at all. I love the story! I think it's so sweet and such a true statement about second chances. Don't take the sex stuff as a flame either. It's a great device for winding up the tension. =] LOL Just commenting... ;]
Author's Response: No apologies necessary - I hardly consider it a soapbox when you're voicing your opinion! I appreciate the feedback, and I certainly don't consider it a flame. I too know a lot of people who have attempted a pre-wedding abstinence pledge, and often it backfires. As you can see, it does that a little bit for Bella and Edward - it goes to show that focusing too much on any one aspect of a relationship - or neglecting any one part of a relationship (like sex) is not good for the overall relationship. Next chapter will delve into that a little deeper, actually.
