So sweet and romantic! I loved this chapter! I loved the movie... I didn't like the special effects and it was a little too rushed, and definately not enough of the Cullens, but over all good. LOVED THE BASEBALL scene! Jasper was amazing. They all were.

On the issue of can Nessie have babies: I would think she could. In Steph's world vampires can't get pregnant, but they're bodies are dead. Nessie may not be changing or getting older after she's 7 but she is very much alive and half human. She'll always have blood running through her veins. So I would tend to think she could. And since she isn't changing or getting older, I wouldn't think there'd be a limit to how long she would be able to have babies, maybe she'd be able to have them forever...yikes! But what do I know, I could be completely wrong and it might not be possible at all, you made very interesting arguements for both sides. But above everything else, the whole thing is fiction, so in my opinion, as long as it doesn't directly go against what has already been determined in the books, anything is possible.

I really like your story. Ive read through all of it in record time and didnt get my homework done because of it. haha. I think that Nessie can have babies. I mean the werewolf thing is right because i remember Jacob and Leah talking about it in BD. Maybe she stops growing, but her insides (reproductive organs and stuff) keep working until shes at her 40s? that would mean she has a period, right? I dont know im just making stuff up. But i like the idea that shell be able to have kids someday.. not too soon though.... please keep updating!

Oh My Goodness! That is a serious cliff hanger! I'm so glad the next chapter is posted.... I really liked this chapter! Also, I think that Nessie can reproduce, but I hope she doesn't for a couple more years (in story time). I think that her pregnacy would be pretty normal though. One, she's tough, two shapeshifts are basically human and three she's 1/2 human, so I don't think it would be crazy like Bella. Their baby would seriously be super cute!

First of all sorry for my bad English. I really like you story and it is an interesting question you have there. I would think that Nessie could have a child. I mean she is different from the other vampires, she can cry, she can sleep, she could survive on human food according to Nahuel. And to digest normal food your body has to go through some minor changes, and if you eat to much you could gain weight. So I think there are chances that her body still could change. And why would Jacob imprint on her if she would not be able to carry his child. Because as much as I understand this imprinting is nothing you can force.

You make two very good points with your reproduction theories. I think the no reproduction theory is rather cut and dry. I'd personally go with the pro reproduction theory. Lots more cause for dramaand speculation if you decide to take it that far. Scientifically, I think they both have enough human qualities for it to all be possible. Storywise it would be even more fun and make for an interesting plot in itself- not just one that would be a new hybrid, but a hybrid that is unlikely to be repeated. I mean really how often will it happen that a werewolf/ shapeshifter and a vampire/ human going to imprint much less procreate. I personally interpreted Stephenie's comment that she wouldn't change in about 7 yrs, meant that her body would just grow that fast and that she would just be fully grown and not a child. She has retained human qualities that fully grown vamps don't have. Sleep, etc. I think that the whole imprinting/mate legend for the werewolf would hold true. Why else would you single out one specific person? What a rambler. Yikes. Oh, well. Just my very unworthy thoughts. But, you did ask... ~christy

W.o.w. So, I had never read a fanfiction before today, and I'm hoping they're all as good as this one! I"m not a big fan of Jacob, but this makes me love him. (still team Edward all the way though:) Thank you for writing such a great story!!

It wasn't until I read the books all over again before BD that I really liked Jacob. I never wanted him and Bella together [I secretly dont want Bella and Edward together either. I want him for myself :)] but there was just something so real about him that I fell in love with him, and wanted him to be happy. Then, I found this wonderful site, and found Jake/Nessie fan fiction. I'd never though about writing one myself until I read a story about their life once she had grown up. I was inspired. Now, I've got about twenty-one chapters of my story and counting. Thank you for liking my story. That sounds so cheesy but, I love to hear that people like my story:) Who knows, maybe you'll be inspired by something you read on here and you'll try your hand at writing!
