I know she is doing this to have some peace from Aro, Marcus etc., but at some point won't she need to "behave" so that she can leave the Volturi or at the very least get rid of anyone who gets in her way? Glad you've come back to this story.

Wow, I have to say I'm surprised at Bella breaking the bond between them. I can understand why she would, but I would think that the empty feeling would bring it's own challenges.

Great decision! I agree - the one you deleted lacked, BUT this was solid. It's just too bad Bella didn't have the common sense to go with them. Sometimes she can be so dumb. :-)

This story is fascinating! I was wondering when the explanation for the shared kill would be forthcoming - I guess if I was part of the guard and I realized a ceremony equivalent to a coronation was occurring during mealtime, I might take a time out, too! Interested to see where things go with Demetri...I kind of like him! I know, I know, it's canon...eventually, right?

Side note:
I applaud you in realizing and pulling yourself out of a destructive situation. That takes a lot of strength and courage. The courage to look at your situation, see it for what it is, and work to change it. The strength to stand up and then remain standing even after others continue trying to kick you down. I respect that a lot.
Especially as you are just coming into your 20s and are likely in the process of deciding what direction you want to go in for the rest of your life and trying to prepare for your future. I myself have just recently turned 23. I would say the early 20s are foundation years for the future and you seem to be building a strong foundation.
Stay sharp.

I congratulate you on your decision to let go and get out of an unhealthy relationship. I know personally, how difficult that can be. I'm so glad your writing has returned as I am completely and totally hooked on this story!!!!!
I'm saddened that Bella - crap - ISABELLA (don't want to be made into a ton of itty bitty pieces :D) cut the mate bond with Edward. I just don't see how Edward will come back to her without that bond. You say Isabella will be back with Edward by the end of all this, sort of. I just can't see where all of this is going to go. Which is kinda nice because some of these stories are so damn predicatable.
I wish Edward had grown a pair and had gone after Isabella more forcefully...perhaps engaged her in the training arena. He just seemed kinda resigned that this is how it was. Instead of manning up and telling her just how things really were.
The only hope I see is that Isabella doesn't heal from her breaking the bond. That somehow SHE seeks him out. That Emmett brings her back to her sense. Right now, this all seems like such a mess. I really wonder what you have planned for all these characters.
Please update as soon as you can. I'm really waiting impatiently for the next chapter. I never thought I'd be interested in a Bella as part of the Voultori story. But this is fabulous. And thank you for posting the picture of how you see Marcus. HAWT!!!!! lol....no seriously, I'd love to curl up in HIS lap.
