Loosely based on the Twilight plot line, Bella Swan has been raised to view the world as a damaged violent world.  Something traumatic happened in Pheonix that had people after her.  So she moved to Forks to throw them off her trail while her parents fled to Florida.  Now living with her real father, Bella slowly starts to hate her decision.  But three people seem to make Forks less rainy: Mike Newton, Jake Black, and Edward Cullen.

Rated for language and a LOT of violence, maybe--and that is a strong maybe-- even a lemon or two.

Edward is a soldier heading overseas in WWI. He meets Bella just days before he ships out, they promise to wait for each other. What happens when he comes back home a changed man to find her changed as well? (original prompt)

Some OOC, especially for some characters, but not so much for others. Rated NC-17 for very mature themes and can we say lemons?! later. Takes place during the same time as Twilight.

This is my humble attempt to finish Stephenie Meyer's wonderful Midnight Sun... I was so upset that she didn't finish it that I felt I had to at least attempt it myself! It's a massive tribute to the magnificent Stephenie.

As you will all know, this is Twilight written from Edward's POV.

After making plans to move to Forks at 17, Bella changes her mind when Renee and Phil settle in Jacksonville. Seven years later,  betrayed in the most horrible way, Bella is back in Forks, needing a new start, some time to heal- and to forget.

Edward Cullen, the new deputy at Forks police station, is suffering after a difficult betrayal of his own, chosing to ignore his feelings and shut everyone else out.

Will they be able to see that maybe what they need the most is right in front of them? Or are they destined to stay drifting, alone... stuck in retrograde?

When Edward leaves Bella in the beginning of New Moon, his decision sets off a spiral of tragic consequences. Edward and Jacob attempt to protect Bella, but there are some things that they can't protect her from.
