"Aurora Borealis" is a series of one-shots following Bella and the Cullens as they deal with Bella's destiny as a Slayer and the other happenings in "Blue Moon". What happened in some of the scenes we didn't get to see in "Blue Moon"? How did the Cullens and Edward and Bella especially get to where they were in the Epilogue? And how did Spike beome a part of their lives? However, one thing is sure: their lives are going to be just as colorful and interesting as the polar lights themselves. 

The one-shots are portraying missing moments set during my story "Blue Moon" and between Chapter 23 "Human" and the Epilogue.

Welcome to the Academy! Bella Swan, former American Ballet Academy Prima Ballarina and Ballroom dancer, finds herself employed with her friend Alice Cullen at Alice's families dance academy. As a Seattle institution the Volterra Academy of Dance received national acclaim when the dance prodigy signed on, but is that the only purpose when the Cullens hired Ms. Swan or did they have hopes that she could teach more than just the students something?
