Zombies have taken over the world, and Bella’s world has turned upside down. With everyone she loves dying around her, she sets off to her dad’s small hometown, Forks, Washington in hopes of finding some sort of solace. Her only companion is her dog as they embark on a journey across state. On their way meet up with the rest of the gang, but with the threat of zombies always surrounding them, who exactly can they trust? At least with the zombies, they know the dead corpses only want one thing: to rip their flesh from their bones. What’s that compared to the lies told to them from people still alive?

Bella's reaction to their breakup is well documented, but what about Edward? Was he content, knowing he'd returned her to safety and the chance for a fulfilling life? Or was it more complicated than that?

Summary : When my life started spinning out of control, I overlooked the dark depths of the bay and wished it would wash over me, cleansing all traces of these last few weeks. Instead I met a boy who changed everything.

Bella's family is attacked by vampires when she is young, leaving her the sole survivor. Rescued by Dr Carlisle Cullen, she is adopted into his 'vegetarian' family, consisting of him, his wife Esme and their three sons Emmett, Edward and Jasper. Struggling with her trauma, Bella finds herself developing special bonds with each of the Cullen boys.

This story has no Alice or Rosalie (or at least, not as vampires or Cullens).
